@evolvingchaoswitch
This Dan Piraro comic always makes me cry.
On one hand, I do think that Alastor’s dad is probably a bad guy
On the other hand, it’s very clear that Vox had some kind of issues with his family and Alastor definitely had problems with society/systematic issues
Like I kinda like the idea that they could be the perfect examples of personal issues creating “bad people” and systematic issues creating “bad people” respectively
It would be interesting to see a comparison of someone who had a bad family life but had a decent chance of having a decent life in society vs someone who had a good family life but because of systematic oppression had an extremely low chance of having a decent life in society
Both types having a chance to create people who make bad choices because of the trauma these two systems/dynamics give people
She's being so big and brave.
Idk about wanting Vox to change much from redemption, I want him to be redeemed for the ✨ plot ✨, but I do want him and Alastor to understand each other. I think once he understands Alastor better than things will clear up for him and he can feel more secure about himself.
I guess roles I want to see Vox have in the future, that is just a constant about his character is a actually reliable leadership role and a experienced mentor role. Like he is very knowledgeable and resourceful, knows how to lead a crowd. I think it would be interesting to see after everything, those characteristics still just come naturally to him. That he can command a crowd through the worst scenarios and get people to listen to him. Like I think if he and others were in a burning building for example, he could lead them out. He still has that part of him that people listen to.
I also think he can pass on such expertise to Charlie as well.
Yeah like... Have you seen him?
(In which Al maybe accepted Vox's proposal but at what cost)
