i feel like everyone tags x reader like that even if they choose what color skin/hair they have, it’s still an x reader girl trust. x readers are not always going to fit every single person. not saying that it’s not frustrating to be a part of a minority and not have as much media to indulge in, i understand the struggle. but your tagging was not wrong.

tysm for pointing it out i'm still like two chapters in so i'm trying to mix it up with skin tones, hair types/colors, etc as i pointed out in the author's note of the meet the characters (which i'm gonna change from haley cause it does look like a face claim) to fit a broader range of readers!!! but i totally understand how it can come across as an oc which is what i do not want 😔 i agree i should've been more diverse in the first chapters though so that is my fault completely!!! i want everyone to be able to read this and see themselves in it hence my long paragraph haha sorry for the yap. but chapter 3 is in the works and i made sure to pay attention to a broader range of women in this one <3 i'm always open to criticism on this since it is my first time making one of these!!
