People have this misconception that pale people should not have their portrait made on a white background because it will “wash them out.” . If your photographer knows what they’re doing, the opposite is actually true. Throwback Thursday to one of my favorite images I ever made. from my D200 I was rocking back in the day, I made this image during a NYC Fashion Week after party I was hired to cover. A musician and two models were just chilling behind the bar, and I loved everything about their individual look and the cohesive look of the group against the tiny blue square of wall. .
