The rule of Three!
I read a lot about how to have a very productive day! The specialists all agree on something called “The rule of Three”, on which we should only focus on the 3 most important tasks to perform everyday !
The question is that the fist two are already allocated in my life :
- Hug my son;
- Kiss my wife;
with only one slot available each day!
To protect and care of the first two priorities, come the third, related with my work, or how I should make living. The solution, but I admite that’s not always so simple to decide, is to :
- FOCUS ON 1 SINGLE THING !
Decide on a single task and make a time slot available to focus on it. Don’t disperse, and never try to do as many tasks as possible. Instead, spend your energy, time and concentration on the MOST IMPORTANT TASK for you in the moment. After performed, All the other tasks will be more easy, or even unnecessary. This startegy will allow more time to refocus on the first two priorities.
