Hey! So i need some advice: my problem areas are my hips and under belly (i'm super skinny around my waist and it looks so weird that i have so much fat on my hips) do you have some exercises that only train the bottom abs (i know that there are no bottom abs but i mean exercises that burn the fat on my hips) also are there foods that help burn stomach fat? Thx for your help!
That’s honestly my problem area as well :( Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reduction. Eating healthy and keeping your metabolism up as well as doing a combo or resistance exercises and cardio over time is the only way :/ Good luck!
Does Kayla Itsines BBG also offer meal plans? Is the meals a big factor for getting fit? I mean, I eat healthy. I try to eat as much veggies as I can and I love fruits.
