{Iâm getting this image in my head where after Kaden reunites with Ratchet, he tries too hard to be a dad in order to be part of his sonâs life which results in lots of awkward.}

So, it turns out being a rebel with a cause is exactly like being a rebel without one, except that you have to get up early, and you canât spend your lunch break hyperjumping to another galaxy where you have a coupon for free subs. I gotta admit, I didnât think I was cut out for the Defense Force, and there are still days when I wake up and think, âYeah, I was right, I suck at this.â But most days? Well, itâs always Crisis OâClock somewhere in the Polaris Galaxy, right? Now I can target my skills where theyâre needed the most, and I can watch out for the people that matter most to me.Â
âŠseriously though, being a space cop youâd think I could get a coupon for a free sub every now and then.

Confessions of a mediocre RP blog...
 1. I have favorites. I try not to - and I do truly give every new thread a chance. But favorites happen, because some people write in a way that just thrills me in particular. I will try not to focus too much on my favorites, knowing that each new person I roleplay with just may turn out to be a favorite as well.
 2. Some days I struggle to write replies. When I do, when I skip over your thread to reply to another, itâs not something you have done wrong. My muse is not responding to yours at the moment, possibly for reasons neither of us have any control over.
 3. There is no correlation between a lengthy reply and a good one. If you can only type out two paragraphs and Iâve written five, you didnât fail, and vice versa. Writing flows best when you free yourself from the expectations of verbiage, structure, number of words on the page.Â
 4. I do this for fun. If Iâm not having fun with our thread, I have a responsibility to tell you so, to try and fix it so that itâs fun for us both. Conversely, you have a responsibility to do the same. We both have the responsibility of ending things on a pleasant basis if our muses are incompatible.
 5. There are days when I doubt my writing. I think we all have these days. Days when every sentence comes out awkwardly and half-thought, when nothing seems to flow. Please, donât be afraid to ask me to change a reply if Iâve sidelined the plot with my meandering muse logic.
 6. You will never upset me by talking to me out of character. Iâm fully cognizant that behind each muse is a real person, and I would love to get to know that person.
 7. I have a âstyleâ, a set way that I best enjoy writing. If youâre a brilliant muse and I enjoy your writing, I may stalk you relentlessly without ever replying to a starter youâve done just because our styles do not match. This doesnât mean that either of us is less of a roleplayer because of it - weâre just different.
 8. I will not belittle your character ooc. Each muse is unique, each muse is a precious creation of a creative mind, an entity of its own. I promise to respect that, and only critique when asked and then only for the purposes of helping your writing. I will never send you anon hate.
 9. I want you to plot with me. I want our muses to have a story so complex, so incredible, that everyone reads along. I donât want either of us to know how it will end before it begins. I want to sit on the edge of my seat, waiting for your reply, just to shake my head in awe of the brilliant turn or twist youâve come up with.
 10. Mun to mun - you are beautiful to me. When youâre having a bad day, come to my inbox. When youâre doubting yourself, tell me about it and I will remind you how amazing you are. When Iâve angered or disappointed you in character or out, tell me about it. First and foremost, we are writers, and I consider us friends if we write together. Youâre not imposing on me - youâre allowing me to help.

When Kaden was killed
DENIAL
Tachyon telling Alister that he killed Kaden, this was something the general did not want to believe. This was his best friend he had known since childhood after all. Considering that Tachyon deceived him, it was likely that he did not believe the cragmiteâs words. {This is how I would think Alister learned about Kadenâs death since I could see Tachyon telling the general himself before thanking him in a taunting manner.}
ANGERÂ
Alisterâs anger is focused on Tachyon for his deceit and killing Kaden. He would often lash out. Sometimes that anger would focus on the elders who exiled him due to his part in Fastoonâs fall and the loss of many lives.
BARGAINING
Itâs likely that Alister prayed to Orvus and the Zoni to bring Kaden back. There is genuine grief of losing his best friend and how foolish he was to believe Tachyon over him. {Itâs also likely that he and Kaden had an argument about trusting Tachyon before heated words were thrown at each other resulting in a small falling out between the two.}
DEPRESSION
Drinking would be the generalâs escape from his reality. Sometimes he would go to Krell Canyon to go hoverbooting like he used to do with Kaden when they were both young. And some nights he is plagued by the memories of Fastoon and Kadenâs lifeless eyes staring at him before Tachyon delivers the killing blow.Â
ACCEPTANCE
Remembering Kaden telling him about the Great Clock was Alisterâs only salvation. Kaden would be dead in this time period but it would be easily fixed once he finds and used the Clock to turn back time. This is how he accepts his friendâs death up until Ratchet seeks him out.

~ What is the most extreme thing your muse would do for someone they love?

Alisterâs pocket watch was a gift from Kaden. For this reason he keeps that watch with him at all times up until the end when Ratchet takes possession of it after his sacrifice to stop the Clock from destroying the universe. With the exception of Kadenâs hoverboots, the watch was all he had left from Kaden.
magebax:
âThanks for that, but I think Iâll be just fine.â Â While she was pretty sure she could handle herself, it wouldnât hurt to be safe than sorry. Â She was about to head back until he asked her about being a Lombax.
âY-Yes⊠ Indeed I am.â  She answered, taking another step back.  She hoped he was not looking for a fight.  âWhy do you ask?  And, who are you?â
He could understand why she would want to know who he was, but he would prefer to keep his identity hidden for his own personal reasons.
âJust another lombax like you. My name is of no importance.â That was all he could give her for her question.Â
@exiledgeneral
 âI suppose I could fix your ship for you.   But it certainly isnât going to be free.   How many bolts do you have on you?â
The elder lombax watched as the woman examined his ship.
âAll I have is 20,000 bolts.â He answered.Â
chosenwars:
   At the mere mention of Ratchet, Clank knew it had to be Azimuth, after all. How he survived was something he did not know, & he wished to get to the bottom of it. He wasnât here to cause DAMAGE to the Clock again, was he? Surely not.
  â  I have responsibilities to attend to here at the Clock â to PROTECT it.  â  The robot leaves those words there as a soft   w a r n i n g ,  being his main priority.  â  How are you alive? Ratchet & I believed that you had not made it.  â
Even with the softness of Clankâs words, the former general knew the warning behind them. He wasnât planning on using the Clock again. He now understood the dangers of using it after Ratchet finally got through to him after their fight in the chamber.
âI really do not know. That is something I am trying to figure out.â Despite the neutral expression, there was genuine confusion in his eyes.
evilroboticmastermind:
âWell, greetings to you too, Elder. Â Imagine my surprise to see youâre still alive. May I ask what brings a dead man here?â
âIâm only getting my affairs in order before leaving this part of the galaxy for good.â Despite the neutral expression, there was regret in his eyes of what he had almost done.
