“You ever think about where we’ll be in the next few years?”

You had been lying there in a comfortable silence next to your boyfriend when the sudden question cut made you turn your head to face him, a brow arched in curiosity about where the sudden inquiry was coming from. Changbin has mentioned something like this in past days to you and all your friends ever since the start of your senior year of High School, but now that you’re just a few months away from graduation he seemed to be mentioning the possibilities of the future more often.

“I mean, you have to be thinking about it too, right?” Changbin’s voice cut through the silence once more, his head now turned towards you so he could look you in the eyes as he spoke. “What do we have, like three more months to go before we’re officially finished with High School and moving on to the next chapter in our lives?” You were about to speak but he continued, “I don’t know, it’s just something I’ve been thinking on lately. Just…Where are we going to be in five years? What are our lives going to look like by then?”

You had shifted to lay on your side in the bed you were both occupying in his room, head now being propped up by your hand so you could see him better.  If there was one thing you loved about Changbin, it was very much the fact that he was very thoughtful about the things going on in his life and everyone else’s lives as well.

“You make it sound as if you don’t already have a road map planned out for you,” you chuckled, eyes fixed on your boyfriend’s face. It was no secret around school that Changbin and his friends were aspiring musicians striving to make it in the music industry, and everyone could see that they had what it takes to be the next big thing.

“No, I have our road mad planned out actually,” Changbin grinned at you, finally shifting onto his side so he was fully facing you just as you were him, playfully flicking you in the forehead in the process.

“Oh yeah?” You smiled, sitting upright in bed now. You were more than eager to hear whatever plans Changbin had cooked up in his head for the both of you. “So, what’s our future looking like, Mr. Seo Changbin?”

“That’s Binnie to you,” A playful pout came over his expression, but it quickly melted away into a mischievous smirk and you suddenly found yourself in his arms. Not that you were complaining, Changbin’s arms was one of your favorite places to be. “And first things first, the guys and me? We’re going to get that big break we’ve been striving for. And you? You’re going to be right there with me every step of the way.”

“That sounds great and all, but what about my dreams?” You chin was resting on his chest but your gaze was still very much focused on his face. “I have things that I want to accomplish too.”

“Of course, I never left that out of the plan,” He grinned. “I know you want to make your own way as a songwriter, and I support that. What really matters to me is that we’re both going after what we want and we’re doing it together.”

Changbin’s words made your heart flutter in your chest. Even when you weren’t always sure about where the trajectory of your life would lead you, he was always there with his words of positivity, ever the optimist. “Mm, look at my Binnie, always having everything under control.”

“I love it when you call me Binnie,” Changbin wasted no time in peppering your cheeks with little kisses, enjoying the cute giggles that his actions were pulling from you. “Makes me feel special.”

“That’s because you are special to me, very much so.” The words you spoke were nothing but the truth. Changbin has held your heart in the palm of his hands and there was no other place you would rather it be.

“It’s always going to be you and me, right?” He asked you. “Us against the world?”

“It’s always us,” came your reply, and before you could say anything else he was pulling you into a slow, gentle kiss, effectively ending your conversation and moving right along to a more physical form of communication.

Everything in that moment seemed so easy, so simple. But after that time you spent together, you would both be finding out just how quickly things would change for the worse.

I’m switching gears, but tell me if you would like to see a fic out of this:

It would be a thing that starts off in high school with either Hyunjin x fem!reader or Changbin x fem!reader, where y/n would have dated them and they were supposed to be each other’s first love and everything, but they end up apart because Changbin/Hyunjin has dreams of making it in the music world and y/n didn’t want to hold them back. But the reasoning for this is because y/n ends up pregnant and she didn’t want that to get in the way of their dreams of becoming an idol. y/n ends up breaking it off with them and disappears without a word, and then years later Hyunjin/Changbin ends up running into them again and is suprised that their ex has a kid, but they don’t realize that it’s their child.

That’s what I’m thinking up, if anybody is interested in something like this, I will write it, please give me feedback on which of the two you would prefer to have, either Hyunjin or Changbin!

i don’t remember ever being such a bad guy (laughs)

my parents.

i’ve experienced a lot of emotions in my 20s, so i want to live with just happy emotions in the future.

i think it’s really difficult to express a cute look (laughs)

sehun. at first, he was shy in front of the camera, but it’s changed and now he can act cute and wink (laughs)
