Do you know if your progress and items are stored on your phone or on a server somewhere? My phone has a virus and I need to factory reset it, but I don't want to lose my progress in this game lol...
Are you using the ios version or the droid version? The droid version is saved to your google account, but last I read the ios data will be lost if you reset your phone. You can also connect your account to facebook, which could probably save your data as well??

I got the Suho coffee fairy just to check it out since I had enough emblems for the posters lol. I'm not sure if whoever you're using makes a difference, I don't have Suho's character. I don't plan on using him even if the extra jump is kinda nice, because I like the benefits of the other pets. And it costs too much to lvl up the fairy just to see how beneficial it is later ><;

omg so for lvl 90 3rd star, other than getting perfects for the small portions of stars, it helps to alternate between swinging and jumping on the long worded parts. the first part that says "we are exo" i swung on the part above "we", skipped the one above "are" by jumping, then swung above "exo". for the last part, i jumped "exo", swung "we", jumped "are", then swung "one" (does it makes sense?? maybe you can explain it better lol)

Do you know what the coin means whenever you buy clothes for the characters?
It doesn’t seem to have any purpose for the time being, but my guess would be that clothing items in the future will increase the worth of gold coins!
I want to be pro in exorun Mi ranking is 1m but others persons do 70m ! HOW!? Help me ;;;;;
I have no idea how people have managed 70m!! I can only imagine they must have invested a lot of time and money into the game. But while I might not be able to help you into the top 3, I can give advice for ranking in the top 100!
To get a high ranking, you’ll need to focus on a number of aspects that all help bulk up your character. You’ll want your character to both able to remain in play for a long period of time and able to rapidly acquire large amounts of points. It’s best to try to combine as many of the factors in this post as you can to have a few good runs a week, then use the rest of the week to save up your resources for next week’s run.
Here are some areas on which you can focus:
HP
Having a lot of HP as well as being able to preserve your HP will allow you to play longer, obviously obtaining more points. In this post I discuss a couple of ways to increase your HP permanently. There are characters who have abilities that assist their HP. Also certain pets can help you maintain your HP.
Additionally, you have options that will allow you to increase your HP temporarily. You can use treasures that effect your HP in a large array of ways. There are treasures that minimize damage to your character with hit by fire or enemies, there are treasures that increase your HP, and there are treasures allow you to heal more when collecting hearts.
Finally, there are booster items that increase HP, which are discussed under the “Booster Items” header below.
Bonus Time
If used correctly, bonus time can be a very useful way to quicky collect large amounts of points. You can access Bonus Time by collecting all the letters needed to spell out “WE ARE ONE”. You can keep an eye on your progress in this area by looking right above your HP bar. There are other ways to get into bonus time as well. Baekhyun has an ability that sends him immediately into Bonus Time when his emblem is charged. Like with HP, there are pets that can create Bonus Time items. All Exact pictorial pets create them, as well as the Tricolor Balloons.
If you want to get the most out of bonus time, using a pet that allows you to have a magnet effect for the entirety of your Bonus Time is highly recommended. If you play as Baekhyun, you can use the Light Elemental to both create a Bonus Time item and to use the magnet effect in Bonus Time. For any other character, you can use the Little Elf for a magnet effect.
You can also increase the amount of time you spend in Bonus Time. It’s important to note that, as stated on the character page, the Bonus Time activated by Baekhyun’s emblem cannot be lengthened. However, every other Bonus Time can. You can increase Bonus Time temporarily with treasures, or you can increase it permanently by upgrading your Bonus Time on the Ranking Mode—>Start menu
By upgrading the amount of time you spend in the Bonus Time, you will be able to collect a lot more points.
Outfits
Putting your character in different outfits can help to increase his HP or the amount of EXP acquired during Ranking Mode. It’s implied that there will eventually be clothing items that will increase the value of coins in ranking mode!
You can see how much an outfit increase or decreased certain things by looking below the character preview.
Booster Items
You can get booster items via the regular draw or by purchasing them on the Ranking Mode—>Start menu. These can help you in a number of ways. I’ll go through the benefits on each of these items below.
Quick Start allows you to begin the level with a dash and a magnet effect. This will give you the chance to start the level with a higher amount of points than usual.
Extend Item Time allows you to increase the amount of time you use temporary items like dash, magnet, or giant in Ranking Mode.
Relay Race is discussed in more detail here.
XP x2 will allow you to double the amount of XP you would usually get for one run. This can help you to level up faster, which comes with benefits discussed under the “Leveling Up” header below.
Increase HP will give you an extra chuck of HP for one run. The added HP will be shown in blue at the end on your health bar.
Slow HP decreases the speed at which you naturally lose HP throughout your run.
Booster Items can only be used one before needing to be purchased again.
Leveling Up
Leveling up doesn’t just give you 20 gems, it also increases the amount of points you get when you finish a run! The higher your level, the more of a level bonus you will receive at the end of the level. Level 99 players are receiving a very large level bonus, which is why they often rank so high.
Item Value
Gold coins, silver coins, and candy are all abundant in Ranking Mode. A good way to increase your score in to increase the point value of these items. You can permanently increase the value of candy by upgrading your candy in the Ranking Mode–>Start menu.
This is fun, because in higher levels it also changes how your candy looks!
There are characters that increase the value of items when their emblem is charged and they are using their corresponding Elemental pet. There are also pets that can increase the value of items. Naturally, there are also treasures you can draw to increase item value. These are my personal favorite treasures as they seem to most rapidly increase your point count. Treasures are completely random, however, so it’s hard to build a strategy around using specific treasures.

Hi hi :D Could you tell me how to get past those three flames in the gold-dungeon? Like, the tiny one and the two huge ones. I always die there. btw, is there a way to get "better" in the gold dungeon? I have like 58725147251 keys but I never feel like using them since I die in those flames anyway and my tp aren't very promising after that part anyway.
Yeah the gold dungeon is crazy hard! I wrote a little bit about getting further in the dungeon earlier, but for those flames specifically, you’ll want to single jump from about the middle area between each flame to avoid hitting them. This took me a LOT of trial and error to figure out haha

I don’t know anything about what the developers are up to other than want shows up in the Event news! I’m really excited/curious to see what the “face” feature includes. Eyeliner maybe? Haha
When it says that you need 300 emblems to get to S rank does it mean overall or that you need to get 20 then a full 50 then 100 AND THEN 300?
I’m actually not certain because I myself am only at rank C! But given the context I would GUESS, sadly, that it’s a full 300. Since the list shows 10 to unlock and 20 to upgrade the first time and those two are not combined. HOWEVER, I could be wrong. Does anyone know for sure?
I know there are better uses of my time than making this... and yet...
What should I use emblems on? Are the photos (and pets) worth getting? Or should I save up for leveling up my characters?

have you gotten a coffee fairy yet? I collected all the exact pets but honestly I only use Lay and Kai so I wanna know if a coffee fairy is worth it.
I haven’t acquired any of the coffee fairies yet! Does anyone have any insight on this? Honestly, I think with Kai and Lay’s Elementals they would be sufficiently powerful without need for any other pets, but it’s possible the coffee fairies are really useful! I do know that coffee fairies only allow you to jump one extra time at their first level, but can be leveled up to allow you to jump up to seven times at once. :O
I am stuck at 76 star 1 this is a really hard mission and I'm wondering if you have any tips for me to make it ;;
It’s been a while since I beat this level, but I do recall that like many other levels, perfect swings are your saving grace…
For the four sets of four silver coins early in the level, you will need to jump once for the first two groups, then let yourself fall a bit into the third group of silver coins before jumping again in order to get all the coins. If you can’t get all of them - don’t worry too much. If you do the rest of the level well, getting 12/16 in each of these sections will be just fine.
For swings close to the glowing EXO emblem, of course you will need to jump so that you have a tight swing, allowing you to gather up the coins!
This is a particularly crucial are this set of swings, so I took the anon’s advice and took a short video for this one haha
As you can see, you will need to jump up and focus only on getting swings on the emblem with silver coins under them.
And finally, for this swing…
…you will need to jump right into the middle of this line of items and start swinging at around the peak so that you can swing down and collect at least most of these coins!

Ah I recently got a program that allows me to record myself playing and was thinking of posting the stages and wasn't sure if that's what you did. I'd tried to take screenshots in the middle of playing so it would usually mess me up. Your method seems to work pretty well though.

I just got Baekhyun to rank c and in my inbox it says I get a special outfit. So I clicked receive but I can't find it anywhere. Do I not get an outfit? Could you help me find it?

Anytime you want to look at items you have already purchased, you can click on “My Room”.
The new outfit consists of a hat and a pair of sneakers! The hat will, in your case, only be able to be worn by Baekhyun. The shoes should be able to be worn by anyone, though!
