Draco was thrown into another dimension where he could fix his life.
He thought that being nice to Harry Potter could help him to have a saving ticket when the inevitable war in the future came.
But something felt off.
Draco stared at the messy black hair boy in front of him, brows furrowed in confusion.
“Are you really Harry Potter?”
Potter didn’t look back, still focused on his current task in hand. His expression was unseen.
“Hm? What is with that question?”
It was a stupid question, yet the unsettling feelings kept scratching him.
“I don’t think you’re Harry Potter.”
“Malfoy, if you just want to mess arou—“
“Potter doesn’t put his wand in his right pocket” Draco pressed, his mouth felt dried, “and he’s not left hand.”
Potter finally stopped and turned back. He blinked in response.
One, a gleam of surprise.
Two, a dawn of realization.
Three.
“Oh.”
Oh?
The word stole Draco’s breath and made goosebump grow on his skin. He cautiously inspected Potter, who walked over and stood in front of him. Draco had to fight the urge to step back.
Potter’s casual expression slowly shifted, his eyes morphed into something Draco couldn’t identify and his soft lips curved to a sly grin.
He held the wand in his left hand, glowing softly at the tip as their only source of light and carved Harry’s expression ominously in the dim room.
“I’m Harry Potter, what are you saying?”
Draco couldn’t move or even speak.
Oh screw it.
“Believe me”
“I’m Harry Potter.”
Me note: I got this idea while drawing the art from previous post. A change of lighting mood and now it turns into a dark!Harry fic idea :)
I did consider which one should I post but I prefer the previous post with a warm feeling more. So this post came after.
