The pandan curd is essentially kaya curd. Used Toby's Estate Coffee but over extracted with foam towards the dry side. I think this branch is more focused as a restaurant-bar than cafe-bar. #cocktail genious in play here, wanted to try more but it was the afternoon and my alcohol capacity is sad. I ordered #Tamarind #margarita which is balanced sweet & sour. It has a syrupy mouthfeel and finishes Oak-woody and Smokey due to the #agavetequila #CimarrónTequila.
