Absolutely. But the horny dialogue about women is just the surface of it, really.
Origins also provides us with sexist gems like:
-Leske. Motherf*cking Leske. The dude has two character traits: stabbing you in the back, and lusting after Rica (who happens to be an absolute saint) in the most annoying, chauvinist way possible.
-Hell, Bhelen is ironically the only male dwarf in poor Rica's life (aside from the HoF) who doesn't treat her like a sex object. Trian slut-shames her unnecessarily, and Beraht and his goons talk about her like she's a piece of meat or a tool to be used, depending on whether Rica's in the room. Granted, you can tell people to cut it out, but only by acting like a Patriarchally Protective Brother figure.
-the City Elf origin is literally a Rape/Revenge plot. And that's if you choose to play as a woman. If you play as a man, the plot essentially boils down to Avenging The Defilement Of Our Women.
-the player's dialogue, which contains such gems as "I'm a woman, and I swear I'm the bravest one here", and "how about you stop thinking of me as a woman?"
-The writers deliberately chose to create a culture in this world that for some reason, cannot even fathom the concept of a female warrior. They did not need to do this; it adds nothing to the plot except a frustrating scene where you have to educate Sten (an otherwise interesting character) out of his sexism like he's your racist uncle.
-Morrigan's. Entire. Outfit. I've said it once before, I'll say it again. Morrigan's outfit is completely unsuitable for life inside a freezing cold forest. It might work in a goth club, but in the game it's just completely immersion-breaking and clearly only exists for the male gaze.
-The Madonna/Whore dynamic they've got going with Leliana and Morrigan. Granted, both Morrigan and Leliana have fully realized sexualities in-game, but Leliana with her religiousness is framed as a sort of more "wholesome" partner where Morrigan is supposed to be this temptress type.
-the way everyone acts around a female! Cousland in the Human Noble Origin, automatically treating her like some unrefined tomboy just because...she's trained in combat. And can refuse to marry Arl Howe's kid. Maybe that might fly if the world were explicitly supposed to be misogynistic, but they have expressly stated that Thedas is gender-equal. A woman being slightly gender non-conforming in this way ought to pass entirely without comment.
-You just can randomly fat-shame Lily, Jowan's love interest. Why this option exists, I don't know. Lily's model is exactly the same as the rest of the female models; it seems the option exists solely for cruelty points.
-the dwarves of Orzammar, who are a warrior culture in desperate need of more bodies to throw at the darkspawn, are also for some reason weird about female warriors. If a male Aeducan beats Hanashan in the tournament, for example, you will get praised for "putting a woman in her place".
