বাংলাদেশের সীতাকুন্ডের নিকটে #চন্দ্রনাথ_পাহাড় এর উপরে অবস্থিত #চন্দ্রনাথ_মন্দির অন্যতম বিখ্যাত শক্তিপীঠ। সীতাকুন্ডের চন্দ্রনাথ মন্দির তীর্থযাত্রীদের জন্য এক পবিত্র স্থান। শুধু তাই-ই নয় এই স্থানটি বর্তমানে পর্যটকদের আকর্ষণেও অনেকটা এগিয়ে। বিশেষত #সীতাকুণ্ডের_দর্শনীয়_স্থান এবং সীতাকুণ্ডের অপরূপ প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য্য যেকোনো ভ্রমণকারীকে আপন করে নিতে সক্ষম। সীতাকুণ্ড বাজার থেকে পূর্ব দিকে মাত্র ৪ কিলোমিটার দূরে অবস্থিত এই চন্দ্রনাথ পাহাড়। জনশ্রুতি রয়েছে যে, নেপালের এক রাজা ঘুমের মধ্যে পৃথিবীর পাঁচ স্থানে শিবমন্দির স্থাপনের আদেশ পান। স্বপ্নে আদেশ পেয়ে নেপালের সেই রাজা পৃথিবীর পাঁচ স্থানে পাঁচটি শিবমন্দির স্থাপন করেন।

সীতাকুণ্ড/ চন্দ্রনাথ পাহাড় যাওয়ার উপায় বাস অথবা ট্রেনে করে সীতাকুণ্ড নামবেন। সীতাকুণ্ড বাজার থেকে চন্দ্রনাথ পাহাড়ের দূরত্ব খুব কম হওয়ায় রিক্সা/অটো করে চন্দ্রনাথ পাহাড় যাওয়া যায় (অটো জন প্রতি ২০ টাকা) সীতাকুণ্ড থেকে চন্দ্রনাথ পাহাড়ে যাওয়ার সময় পথে হিন্দুদের বেশ কিছু ধর্মীয় স্থাপনা পর্যটকদের চোখে পড়বে। চলতি পথে চোখে পড়বে পেয়ারা, সুপারি, আমসহ হরেক রকমের বাগান। পাহাড়ে ওঠার প্রধান ফটকটি অতিক্রম করে কিছুদূর গেলেই প্রথম যে ঝর্ণাটি পড়বে সেখান থেকেই চন্দ্রনাথ পাহাড়ে ওঠার রাস্তা দু-ভাগে ভাগ হয়ে গেছে। যারা সহজ উপায়ে সরাসরি পাহাড়ে উঠতে চান তারা ডানদিকের সিঁড়িওয়ালা রাস্তাটি দিয়ে উপরে উঠতে পারেন এবং যারা পাহাড়ি পথ ডিঙিয়ে রোমাঞ্চের সাথে পাহাড়ে উঠতে চান তারা বামদিকের পাহাড়ি পথ দিয়ে উপরে উঠতে পারেন। তবে ডানদিকের পথটিতে সিঁড়ি থাকলেও পাহাড়ে উঠার ক্ষেত্রে বামদিকের পাহাড়ি পথটিই সহজ। আর পাহাড় থেকে নিচে নামার সময় ডানদিকের সিঁড়িওইয়ালা পথটিই সহজ।

কিছু সতর্কতা টিপসঃ ১. বৃষ্টির সময় পাহাড়ে না চড়াই ভালো। আমরা যাওয়ার আগে বৃষ্টি হয়েছিলো। ২. অবশ্যই ভালো গ্রিপ (রাবারের গ্রিপ)এর জুতা পরে যাবেন। ৩.অনেকে উপরে উঠার সময় আশেপাশেরর লতাপাতা ধরে উঠার চেষ্টা করেন, এই কাজটা ভুলেও করবেন না। কারন আপনি যানেনা ওইগুলা আপনার ভার বহন করার মত যথেষ্ট পরিমান শক্ত কিনা। ৪.ব্যাগ যথাসম্ভব হাল্কা রাখার ট্রাই করবেন। প্রথমে হয়তো ভাববেন এটা কোন ব্যাপার না। কিন্তু যখন মাঝ পথে থাকবেন তখন এই ভারি ব্যাগ নিয়ে খুবই বাজে অবস্থায় পরবেন। কারন অই সময় মনে হবে এত কষ্ট করে চলে আসছেন ফিরে যাওয়ার মানে হয় না। ৫. পর্যাপ্ত পানি আর শুকনা খাবার রাখবেন। কাজে লাগবে। ৬. যেখানে সেখানে চিপসের খালি প্যাকেট,পানির বোতল ইত্যাদি ফেলবেন না, পরিবেশের সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করতে এসে.. #পরিবেশ_ধ্বংস_করবেন_না
