ok, so...yesterday I was at the point of this is the Final.  Yesterday, no more changes, was the slogan. Today, looking back it was more of an idea.  I’m glad I budged.  Changing the colors did do a lot of good. Being flexible and willing to change is always a good reminder and a good lesson I was reminded of in this class and the age old lesson of having patience with yourself is a good one too. Bringing the colors into sync worked out well.

My Final Mock Movie Poster based on a true story.  Today we got critiqued.  They felt I could change the text color on my credits area. So the eye won’t wander but quite possibly have more focus onto the center area.

Here are some of the move poster ideas.  The target audience might be either a documentary or people that would watch movies like the Pelican Brief or Erin Brockovich.    

These thoughts are for the movie 8 Young Men, starting at the top left is a foot that is about to step on the 8 young men that are tiny. 

Next shows 8 tiny figures hanging, for dear life, onto the scales of lady justice. 

Another, shows birds: Either pooping just drops onto the 8 young men or Justice is flying away. 

The bottom two shows the other movie that I’m leaning towards now I’m calling: My White Resume or We Want You, using America’s slogan for China’s surge of renting white men. 

One the second page, I’m narrowing down how I want to set up my movie poster layout, using the photos I have and looking for fonts that I would like to use for this movie poster.

Another movie film poster for art research. The most common theme for the posters I've chosen is that most of them are true stories. I was thinking I'd probably have the most fun finding a true story or some sort of documentary to make the poster about for class.
