commenting on anything on this app is dumb and needlessly confusing but your reblog on my post took the words right outta my mouth,,,thank you. i totally wish the regression was more explained? it felt too sudden. i don't have any ill will against the headcanon, just holding a grudge over how sudden it felt?? i guess?
Yea, definitely needed to be addressed sooner than the movie. It also feels like, when toki is made to be more childish, all of the other characters are more childish too. This CAN be funny, I actually think the scene in the movie where theyre all acting like kids in church is super funny. It just.. cant be all the time.
There is a HINT of something interesting here.. again, in the movie, skwisgaar has a SINGLE one off line about how toki isnt good at guitar anymore. It would be interesting to explore how much toki’s recent trauma has fucked him up to the point of his skills decreasing.. but, its never brought up again… and the movie is about nathan’s trauma (..why?????) and murderface’s trauma (which is the one we wanted)
