Hidan as a Papa. The second I saw ghost (Years ago tbh) this popped into my head. Just never bothered. To sit down and doodle it out. I tried putting him in the full costume but drawing hidan with a shirt on feels wrong. I uses papa iii and iv as reference.

CLASSIC DEIDARA
i mean, how can i not love the og fit?? serving it up in that 2008 realness?? the classic akatsuki drip but with this blondie blue eyed emolicious eyeliner rockin black nail painting ~tortured artist~?? kishimoto knew what he was doing when he made this boy. the 'c' in 'c3' may as well stand for 'crack' cause baby this is the og deidara that got me HOOKED. however, he wears his hair on the inside of his cloak and i CANNOT defend that choice so unfortunately it knocks a few points off. 7.5/10

PRE-AKATSUKI DEIDARA
this fit made me fucking insane when i first saw it, i remember i was playing one of the naruto games (revolution? whatever one the akatsuki conception thing is in). he is SO cute, and he must be at most what, 14-16 here? i'm gonna pinch his cheeks!! i love the green kimono and the capris, green/teal is a surpisingly good colour on him, and i ADORE his lil sandals!! i'm also in LOVE with the lil chain connecting to his pouch, they should have kept it on his akatsuki fit. my one qualm with this outfit is the fact his pants and sleeves look a little short? my headcanon here is that these are possibly his genin/chuunin clothes and he's just been on the run and not able to change them, so they're a lil short now's had a few growth spurts :( the low ponytail is also a look. so. 8/10

EDO TENSEI DEIDARA
this is my FAVOURITE rendition of deidara hands down. i don't know what it is, the fact he goes absolutely batshit towards the end, the dark red cloak is a look, his hair is longer somehow?? (NO complaints here i love making my deidaras rapunzel-like). also it's from this deidara that we get the iconic "I'M NOT INTO S&M!!" line so like, how can i not love him??? he came back serving cunt, an absolutely ICONIQUE look. also, his hair is outside his cloak, thank god. 11/10

SAMURAI DEIDARA (NARUTO DRAGON BLADE CHRONICLES)
what in the mcdonalds?????? this outfit actually makes my head hurt to look at. apparently this game is a japan exclusive for the wii or something, i only learned of its existence today. and honestly? thank god. i hate all the clashing colours. looking at the other akatsuki fits for this game they each get a corresponding colour highlighting their cloaks -- they went with yellow here which .... sure was a choice! i think i'd be able to forgive it if not for that horrible purple thing on his chest. also, im looking closer -- maybe its the way he's coloured but are his nails BROWN????? knocking off a point for that alone. if not for one other fit on this list that i definitively hate more, this one would probably be the worst ranked. 2/10

NARUTO PALE TONE SERIES DEIDARA
YES, THIS IS OFFICIAL MERCH!!!!!! i only learned of this fit's existence a few days ago but it's already WAY up there. i'm automatically a big fan of deidara in ANYTHING flowy -- also, BLACK AND YELLOW!!! SUCH a good choice!!! there is a matching sasori, so this outfit gets a point for that. i think this outfit looks very pretty and elegant, the set in general is very aesthetically pleasing. 8/10

DEIDARA (SKATER VER.)
my second-favourite out of this whole list. this is something i'd wear deadass. in fact, fuck it, i am in this image. this is SUCH a cool look!! also, hair down!!!!!! big fan of that!!! i love his lil backwards cap and his yellow flannel. someone pointed out that this is, in essence, the same outfit that jiro yamada hypmic has, which makes me a little fonder of it because i used to be really into hypmic and jiro was my Special Little Guy for a while. also BIG fan of the skateboard design, it's sick. 10/10

RINNE FESTIVAL DEIDARA (NARUTO ONLINE)
i don't even need to go into much detail on my feelings about this fit because you saw how bonkers i went. my favourite details are the stars and the cute little snow owl (?) accessory. oh, and of COURSE the fact he's in a crop TOP AND JACKET. a hoe never gets cold!!! you can't see it in this image but his shoes are also like red converse-type things with stars strapped to them, it's SUPER cute. ultimately, this outfit DID NOT miss in my opinion. my only gripe is the fact his hair is still tucked into his jacket, but the fit is so cute that i can forgive him this once. 9/10

WHITE SUIT DEIDARA (NARUCOLE)
i'm very fond of this fit i won't lie, i think it's very cute. the black/white/blue combo is a classic and pops with his blonde hair, i like how his tie is a little loose, it adds a good (in-character) touch. also JUST the blue tie to match his eyes was a good choice i think. my only complaint is WHY is he wearing a headband (that doesn't even match mind you) and his scope still? either way, it doesn't ruin the overall look so it's not... terrible i guess. 7/10

WHITE SUIT DEIDARA (20th ANNIVERSARY VERSION)
not sure if this set has an actual name or if it's just for the 20th anniversary, buuuuuut, i know we all went gaga crazy when this art dropped. the flowers on his suit i believe were identified as epiphyllum, which i think is super fitting flower choice! they took off the headband and scope too so this one ranks slightly higher than the narucole version. it's a solid fit, drippy as hell. 9/10

THE WORST FUCKING SHIT I'VE EVER SEEN
yeah. i fucking hate this fit with every fibre of my being. the reason being is because it HAD POTENTIAL to be really good. to be honest there are a LOT of interesting choices with this whole merch set. apparently it's something commemorating boruto, not sure if it has a name. either way. i like the jacket draped over his shoulders, and i like the pure white outfit with the slacks and turtleneck, HOWEVER. what really fucking gets me is not only are the colours ATROCIOUS, in my opinion, NONE OF THEM MATCH. the blazer is like a more saturated brown/orange than the outer coat, and the shoes just don't fit with the rest of the fit. his hair is also down with no accessories (he's naked!!!), the ONE SAVING GRACE is it's not tucked into his damn coat. either way i think they did him dirty here. he looks like a shitty rich nepotism baby that i would strangle within 5 minutes of being in the same room with. fucking -10/10

my takeaway from this is i'm super happy that deidara (and sasori, actually) is still popular enough to be in most of the drip marketing. stay winning, me.

CLASSIC DEIDARA (CLOAKLESS)
i have many, MANY, thoughts about this. first of all, the fact he just goes around like this under his cloak? all the time?? i feel like cloak on has him looking all cool and shit but this?? this is a slayqueen moment. the crop top is doing ALL the work in this fit, cause when you look at itachi you can tell he's still wearing the mesh armour underneath, so the mesh part obviously is standard issue. do you think they gave the same thing to deidara and he went "FUCK THIS!!!" and modified it to be a crop top?? cause that's my headcanon now. anyway this outfit to this day has me in a deathgrip. forever iconic. 10/10 (kindly suggested to me by @malewifekisame -- thank you!)
RACER DEIDARA (NARUTO SD)
so i won't lie i don't overly care for this naruto sd episode for a few reasons, but this outfit was definitely one of the highlights (there IS a part where he's wearing a suit again but it's so similar to his narucole suit i decided to forego it). i LOVE the red on the coat and choker (which was a GOOD choice imo). his blue head and arm wraps is also a really nice addition, i'm a big fan of the fact that a lot of the outfits have had deidara wearing different colours, and also accessorising!! i love my fashion king!!!! the boots are also such a cute touch, overall this is a solid, good, punky fit. i'm SUCH a big fan!!! 9/10
