Greetings sibling, I have arrived with what is most definitely only the first of quite a bit of submissions Didn't know which one to send first, but now I have decideddddd Let's get the angstiest one out of the way first now, shall we :}
When Tim & Danny were teens, they bought together a pair of earrings. A relatively simple design, a hollow triangle pointing downwards, but good quality so still pretty costly, so they could only get one pair. After a while of trying to decide who would get to have the earrings, the brothers ended up just getting one each. They'd always wear their earring since then: Tim on his right ear, Danny on his left
"Always" here is also referring to the time of The Incident, and when Danny was taken, so was his earring. Tim kept wearing his. He almost never took it off, even in non earring-safe situations. When asked about why he only had the one, he'd just say he lost the other one
Very little was left intact of Tim after the Unknowing. The only thing that could be properly retrieved was a charred, yet miraculously intact matching pair of triangle earrings

The Magnus Institute has infinite sick days and is seemingly a little too lenient with allowing staff to take them.
Itâs not because Elias is a good boss, he just does it so Jon can get kidnapped for a month without people questioning why he hasnât been fired yet.
Jon was technically on sick leave for the entirety of his coma
YES. Everyone was like âhuh. Yknow I donât like Elias but at least he doesnât mess around with illness!â
Meanwhile, Elias: âBreekon. Hope. I TOLD YOU that heâd be out- no no. Itâs fine. I covered his desk in copious colonies of bacteria. Heâll be out again soon.â

jon is shockingly good at cooking. like youâd expect him to be the kind of guy who only knows how to survive off of ready meals and spite (which he does do) but he knows how to cook up an insane fucking meal if given the chance
Give him an hour and a well-stocked pantry and BOY he is making some 5-star cuisine
Jon is a fantastic cook, Martin's food is okay but never good enough for his mother, Sasha orders food pretty much every day or has ready made meals n shit and just can't be bothered, Tim explodes a kitchen when cooking but can bake extremely well for unknown reasons đŤś

When I started s3 and the first episode was Jonâs childhood trauma I assumed pretty much every episode was going to be just Jon traumadumping for a different supernatural encounter he had pre-archives
So⌠headcanon that Jon has had a bunch of random supernatural encounters before the institute and he just either never put two and two together or he never thought they were relevant to talk about on tape
(And none of them counted as marks because Jon was either too oblivious or didnât gaf enough to be scared)
Thereâs a whole box of Trauma Tapes sitting in the basement of the Archives. Leitner found them once and almost retired from the Entities
Jon regularly experiences sleep paralysis and genuinely can't tell if it's real or not because of all of the horrific shit he deals with on an average Tuesday.
