I am learning to trust myself; to be content in my decisions. I've managed it on my own thus far. granted there have been some mistakes along the way, maybe a little too many. Although perhaps not really even mistakes at all, just bumps that send me a little too high, and valleys that remind me of my need for sun. I'm beginning to see that the more confident i am in my instincts, the less weight i entitle others to hold. the importance of approval dissipates as i run, arms open into whats in front of me. though it may not make sense (and i know it doenst), thats okay. i will take hold of the opportunity, trusting fully on the leading of the spirit. who knows, this road may end in another valley or mountain- but this is the freedom of owning my future.

Speak every time you stand so you do not forget yourself. Do not let a moment go by that doesn't remind you that your heart beats 900 times a day and that there are enough gallons of blood to make you an ocean. Do not settle for letting these waves settle and the dust to collect in your veins.
