Though I’d run 8 miles that morning, it was without complaint that I joined Joey and Andreanne a hike. Absolutely no amount of peer pressured was needed for me to lace back into my shoes and heading out into the wilderness for a 4-mile trek through the beautiful redwoods. Wiled away a day in San Francisco. It was a breezy day and though I have lofty aspirations of living in New York City, my lips were turning blue in the 60 degree weather. I love Scarlett O’Hara so much. My heart breaks for 16-year-old Scarlett with her naivety and her optimism, who still thinks “defeat is an impossibility and a pretty dress and a clear complexion are weapons to vanquish fate.” 💔💔💔
