You know when you get told that you're not actually good enough for someone on Valentines Day and that they're seeing someone else now.
i understand. now that i read my msg again i sounded like a stalker. i was trying to help her the wrong way maybe. she is seeing a therapist and she is on medication. thank you for your time, wish you the best!
I am sorry, if I had the go ahead, I would have passed it on but me and Bradley are no longer in contact so that's kind of out of the question. As I said, be supportive of her but don't alienate her. Good luck to both you and her
oh thats bad! do you remember his last name?
I do, but at the same time, I don't feel like I should be giving out personal details, and I know that sounds really bad but it isn't my place to give information such as that out to people. However, what I will say is this: try and get your sister some actual help. Do not force it on her as it has to be her decision at the end of the day, but if her mental health is at that point, she would benefit from professional help. This is the advice that I gave to him when he was in a similar situation and he felt as if it benefitted him.I sought out help from professionals and it did me a world of good and my mental health and physical state is much better than it was in previous years. So yeah, that's the only bit of advice that I can give to you to ass on, that, and be supportive of your sister, but don't be patronizing/condescending as that is potentially detrimental.
