was the mannequin-ness (that i honestly think is surprising, but we are talking about idols here) bad for seokmin as for other members? i mean he is already tan to begin with..

it’s not that they made him look pale or anything. it’s just that the quality of their skin looked super smooth and unreal just like mannequins. maybe i’m just not that familiar with stage make-up or just make-up in general

omg i just saw this. so sorry!!! i’m not going on tumblr as much because uni has started and there really is a lot to do in uni, not just studies.

honestly the fanmeet was just too short. ESPECIALLY PHOTO OP. it was so rushed and i thought we could at least choose where we’ll be close to in the photo but nope. the svt members look so mannequin-like close up. the makeup made their skin look very unnatural. i made sure to make as much eye contact as possible with seokmin though before we were rushed out.

see the thing is, at this point, smol isn’t even a “mispelling” of small anymore; it has its own connotations. while small is a regular adjective, smol acts more like a diminutive marker, which English has been lacking

in essence, a smol dog will always be a small dog, but not all small dogs are smol.
