Traction gets easily sick to her stomach, whether it's by food or by sickness. Even if there's a non-vomiting cold that's around, it turns into the stomach flu once it reaches her. No one can figure out why.
Kayr loves snow sports - probably because of Drift.
Xido is a homestuck and can't get enough of it. He often tries to explain things to Trinkett or Rayk (who Xido for some reason adores), but they don't get the finer points, and he ends up trying to emulate Strider as best as he can.
//cracks knuckles// After 4 months hiatus, time to bring this back.
Traction often practices Jared's "accent" and imitates him to Mick and Denver in an attempt to A, make them laugh and B, satisfy her penchant for imitation and mimicry.
Denver's other name - Junction - was given to him because of his ability to connect to two separate minds and to sift through Person A's memories and "copy" them to Person B's. He's a Junction between minds.
Mick was part of a ring of thieves at first based in Louisiana, but eventually moved to the Northeast in the hopes of moving on to more above-board professions... However, instead he was picked up by a gang... This time, grouped up with a young man named Junction, who he'd been a cellmate of years previously.
Drift is deathly afraid if drowning. Not simply swimming but of actually drowning and dying. (3.19.14)
Drift is really clumsy, not just because she's a teenager, but also because she's a polar bear. I mean, not that they're clumsy... But in comparison with those with cat and wolf DNA... (3/8/14)
Even though Rater comes back to the house in a certain AU, his collar is permanently implanted into his nervous system, at least until someone can find a way to detach it without severely - or perhaps fatally - injuring him.
Because of it, sometimes cell phones, radios, small kitchen appliances, or various gaming/electronic consoles cause the electric function to go off, making electricity run through his body, causing him great pain.
For this reason, he stays in his room or with Rayk most of the time. (3/28/14)
Galen's migraines cause her to have hallucinations, at her worst, including hearing things, seeing flashes of light and letting her imagination take over to turn that into a terror of hers, or olfactory hallucinations. (2/28/14)
In an alternate timeline, Rater lives through the experience with Degree, and comes back with Rayk to Wolfram's house, trying to fit in. (2/28/14)
Shift learned knitting from Sam because gosh darn it, that yarn is just so tempting, like how can he even stay away? He buys himself tons of yarn and then never uses it, mostly just storing it under or in his bed and getting tangled up in it. (2/27/14)
Rayk often has fears about losing Galen to Flick. Many times nightmares are involved, but more often he just gets really anxious when they're together - whether fighting or getting along. (2/26/14)
Rayk has a thing for brownies. Like he will steal an entire pan of brownies with no remorse whatsoever. And yet he doesn't like chocolate very much. (2/21/14)
Rayk refers to the time he spent as an Eraser as his 'Eraserdom' sort of like his 'kingdom.' (2/18/14)
Random Headcanon for Juneau
So his 'School' was in Alaska, right? But, when he escaped, he loved the state so much he didn't want to leave. It was beauty in its entirety for him. So... As he's part bear, he has the potential to "communicate" with then - not in words, but in their 'ways.' So, what if, say, some out-of-state campers got in trouble with a bear? It's not impossible; it happens. He would most certainly calm the 'friend' down and keep it away. Over the years, in certain parts of the state, rumors pop up of the mysterious 'bear boy' and people start to investigate. Who is he? Is he real? What does he do? How does he do it? They encroach on the bears' territory; where Juneau lives. The bears become agitated. Eventually, Juneau has to leave in order to keep the peace. He has to - how else will they stay docile, and the mankind stay away? On his way out of state, avoiding humans and wandering far and wide, he meets others - also Bearkind. So. I can see I'll be researching bear behavior for a whiles...
Kayr loves horses, and is an above-average equestrian. He's performed in small shows that don't require a wait or much in the way of paperwork just to enjoy the sport. He's wanted to have a ranch since he was a little boy. (2/2/14)
Shift doesn't really like tea or coffee or anything, but he's more than willing to make a separate trip out to the store for anyone who needs anything. Even though it bothers him a little bit when he has to get excessive amounts of stuff and haul it all back, he doesn't mind as much as most of the other people, so he does it just to make life a bit easier.
Rayk went through a delayed 'growing-up' stage because of all the things that were messed with in his genetic coding. Because of this, even though he's legally an 'adult,' he still has mood swings easily, and often is impulsive unless he's thought things all the way through. He's still completely capable of his role in the Threesome, and leading if he has to, but in day-to-day life he's sort of moody. (1/31/14)
Denver, Mick, and Traction are not physically related to each other, but they act like it. They were rounded up by the scientists - their experiments labelled as 'Unnecessary to Continue' - and were tasked with beginning a third project. They were taught basic schooling and various other skills to learn how to break into labs or other facilities in order to steal files and technology needed by Veruscire. They were given the names Junction, Main Line, and Reactor respectively.
