This pic of me with my grand-mère in the background is a great reminder. She tells me the reason I can look in mirrors all day, and want them all around me, is because of my patroness Ezili Freda. If I’m not careful, I’ll lose my mind and channel currents that make me sad without reason. I’ll get eaten by the tricksters. But if I realize the mirror is my gift and become like it, the powers that be will bestow great mercies. I’ll become exactly what I am and always was, finally. I will see, and see what I am seeing.
