kind of messed up how in every episode about bree wanting a nprmal life, she gets punished for it and the message of the episode is "your bionic life and responsibility to save the world takes priority above all and how dare you want to be normal"

and then the show ends with her never really getting to be normal (shes still like 17 at the end of the show! fjdjcndkdmaka)

I was just thinking about that episode where she destroys her chip out of frustration. Even back then that episode was lowkey a horror film and it exposed something about Donald.:That he is no different from Douglass. He dehumanises them the same way that Douglass does, he is seen as "better" because he wants them to be these superheroes(which these kids never consented to and are basically child soldiers) while Douglass doesn't mind selling them to the highest bidder. And that episode wasn't even the first time, during season one, The rats strike back, similar concerns were raised by the kids the only difference was they all had to protest before Donald heard them out while this time around it was only Bree. Donald never heard her out, he kind of shut down her concerns leading to her impulsive actions and her brothers didnt really have her back either and lowkey guilt tripped her. There are themes of autonomy and consent that the show is unwilling to touch on too deeply as it is ultimately a DisneyXD family sitcom

Not sure how i feel about the empty chorus but there is so much to love about this song. Hongjoon and Mingi sound incredible. Wooyoung especially impressed me. I LOVED his voice here, I almost thought it was a woman, I almost thought they featured a female artist. They didnt overwork Jongho with too many high notes although there was an obligatory one and he sounded great

February can't come soon enough😫. Since they are releasing a full album this time, the solos they performed on tour will most likely be included here. I saw what looked like lyrics to Rei's solo Reiinyourheart during Rei's part in the teaser which makes me think this but outside of this, I am intrigued, I'm excited. Gaeul's part in the trailer was my favourite. So ethereal and dreamlike.
