So which is he?
I love this man. I canāt believe such a short book could make me love a character this much but I fucking love this man.
So which is he?
Funniest thing about listening to audiobook is when the audiobook has non-English vocabulary thrown in and you realise the audiobook reader has no clue how that non-English language even work.
I just heard the reader pronounce āKancilā as ācankleā lmao
And now Qianze pronounced as Kenzie. I know she ended up using Kenzie as her english name, but at least if the text says Qianze, it should be pronounced properly.

Thereās a genre(?) of books that I recently found I really enjoy. So far Iām calling it āfictional non-fictionā.
I gotta say, after reading through three books and three short stories I still fail to see how Ianthe is ālessbadtwinā.
Itās funny to see fanfics where the āI alone am the honored oneā line by Gojo is taken so seriously.
They put it in like itās a dramatic proof of power acknowledged by the universe or something Gojo regularly quips in his mental narrative when itās literally just him quoting Gautama Buddha on one occasion.
Itās a brief moment of casual blasphemy from a character established to be arrogant as fuck during a power-trip.
Itās the JJK equivalent of āBigger than Jesusā and I can never take it seriously when I read it in fanfics.

I found my new Most Hated Character.
The weirdest thing about not growing up with any exposure to Biblical texts and stories, is finding out how prevalent it is in western media and having zero context for things they expect everyone to already know.
I know I shouldnāt expect brilliant portrayals of women in a book published 74 years ago but damn it 1984 is turning me into a misandrist.
My sympathy towards Newland Archer died the moment he started wishing May dead.
I need to reevaluate my ādislikeā towards the romance genre because Iāve been enjoying Jane Austen, the BrontĆ« sisters and Edith Wharton very well so far.
God I need a way to block self-insert fanfics from my search. How are you all so horny?? Why??
ā¦did I just read the word āslutā in a BrontĆ« book?
