weight loss tip: just stop caring about food
ik itās hard AF because all we do is think about food BUT if you trick your brain into believing you donāt care about it, itās a lot easier to restrict since ur apetite goes away
how i do it:
- donāt plan my meals too much
- donāt think about what iāll eat in the future
- all this is accomplished through gas lighting myself
- i pretty much just repeat to myself āi donāt really careā anytime i go to eat
- ānot caring about somethingā means you donāt really want it, you donāt care if itās there, you even prefer if itās not because itās just an annoying task
- the non planning thing makes choosing what iāll eat overwhelming, so i just give up š
- i distract myself, i go do something else
- this works if you donāt care about health, macros and shit like that! youāll probably not be getting a lot of nutrition, this is something a lot of junkorexics do
- this also works better if you have good knowledge about how many calories everything has, since ur not pre-planning

this is so true and also helped me lessen the impact of my disorder on my life (but still get skinny) ?!!?? just focus on your life and the people in it and the real life goals you want to achieve (not wl goals lol) iāve never been happier, im losing weight like crazy and my life is actually fulfilling now
You binged again, didnāt you love? Thatās okay. Put the food down. Take a shower. Wash your face, get into your comfiest clothes, meditate and drink some water to wash it away. Cleanse yourself and start fresh tomorrow. You donāt want to be fat now do you? Not when there is so much beauty waiting to be unleashed within you, just a little while longer and youāll be the skinniest in the room.
this might sound weird but my body restricts by itself. i've been restricting and fasting for years and now my appetite is so low that when i eat "normally" for a day or two i don't feel hungry afterwards for days or when i eat i barely eat a bag of chips or smth. i think my stomach has gotten smaller and "tighter" that it gets fuller with little amount of food.
