Hello community. I hate to be making this post, but I am unfortunately in need of help.
Due to various things, I had to quit for the sake of my mental health before I could find a new job and I have become unemployed for the last few months. I thought my savings would be able to cover me towards this upcoming month of august, but they haven't. It doesn't help that, despite searching and constantly applying constantly for the last two months, I have been unable to obtain a job.
It has been rather difficult on me, and it's even difficult making this post. For reasons I cannot open up commissions and the like. I have reached a creative stump because I have been so stressed over the fact that I cannot afford groceries or to pay my bills. My parents have agreed to cover my rent for next month, but with the way things have been looking I might not get a job and get paid fast enough to cover my car payment and my insurance payment.
I know that things have been really really crappy the last few months. Every time I hop on I see various donation posts being passed around and feel bad that I cannot donating. I've waited this long to even say anything because I feel horrible asking for help when there are so many who need it more. I can't tell you how much I've wanted to write, only to remember my situation and hold off because if I can write then I can search for a job.
I'd need $450-$500 to be able to get over this next month and give me some more time to find a job. This money would go towards groceries and my bills, and strictly that. I have a friend spotting me $50 so I can get a food license to help me look more appealing to get a job in food right now too- so all fingers crossed this won't be an issue soon.
Genuinely, any amount will help. If you know any jobs hiring and that are continuously available per company that would help. I have been applying left and right no matter the position.
