Starving yourself and having literally no energy to do anything and constantly feeling like death but you’re like

me trying to express how I feel: Idk I just feel like…idk…idk…idk man. Nvm I’m good.
It went from “I want to get fit and toned,” to “I want to be thin,” to “I want to be so skinny that my bones stick out and people wonder if I ever eat.”
and it happend in like a week

i miss when my disordered eating habits first started. i was losing so much weight and i was so happy. but now its just wanting to binge, starve and recover in the same day, crying for hours over a piece of food and breaking down over a number on the scale,,,,
Where’s the reset button
IVE FALLEN WAY BEHIND ON EVERYTHING BUT ITS TIME TO GRT BACK ON TRACK!!!
Here’s some inspirational gifs to remind me of my goals:

Get out of bed.
Brush your teeth.
Wash your face.
Shower, even if you just get in and rinse off! The water might feel amazing for you.
Eat something. Even if it’s just a cracker or some bread. Just get something in your belly!
Walk out onto your back porch. Stand there for 10 seconds and then if you want, go back inside. Great job, you made it outside! If you feel like it, take a short walk. Get some sunshine!
Put on your favorite TV show or movie.
Check your email and clear your inbox. Respond to anything that is important.
Change your sheets.
Check your actual mail.
Stay hydrated. Fill up a water bottle and keep it close by.
Take your medication.
Stretch. This can be a small quick stretch on the couch or some yoga.
Check your text messages and answer those from people who are important or worried about you.
Pay any bills you might have to avoid late fees.
Change your clothes if you didn’t when you first got out of bed.
If you have a pet, make sure they are good on their food and water. Nothing feels worse than your pet having an empty water or food bowl and you not being aware of it!
Do a creative hobby that you like.
Open up the blinds to let the light come into your house.
Watch a funny video. Laugh.
Trying hard to get less chunky but winter weather doesn’t motivate me much.

The thing about starving
I think the addictive thing about starving is that we feel skinny while doing it.
Probably 99% of us suffering from an ed feel gross, fat and ugly 24/7 and after a while we decide to fast and not eat anything at all for a while. Yes, the first 24 hours may be difficult but once your mind is so focused on not eating it gets easier.
It gets easier to say no to something delicious, it is no problem to ignore the hunger or withstand the cravings.
Why? Because being empty, consuming no calories makes you feel skinny.
Once I hit that point of feeling skinny because of my empty stomach, I have no problem with continuing my fast. My mind gets wrapped around the idea of doing more of that to feel even better. Even if you won’t feel better (headache, dizziness, low blood sugar etc.) it makes you feel powerful.
(I do not promote this kind of behavior, ed in general. These are just thoughts and self destruction.)
FASTING FOR 21 DAYS
So… we on this shit again LOL
But i will be fasting from 6pm to 6pm everyday. And everytime i complete a 24 hour fast i will drink a fruit smoothie.
I’ve done this before and it worked so I’m really excited.
Plus you breaking a fast with a healthy food too y’know so only good things can come out of it. Honestly i hope i can last 21 days.

sounds like a good way to fast. probably gonna do that sometime. im curious tho.. what about your intestines?? theyre gonna get used to smoothies and when you eat solid again wont that be a problem??
