It was literally nothing, he spent the whole thing trying to impress her and she hated where he came from so it’s really interesting they chose to go that way

I saw ISBFLL at Cannes. There is a Patrick and shiv scene. Also a few hazy snippets of Rian and Shiv also Rian with his London girlfriend I can't think of her name though?! But that's very brief.

Rian’s gf is called Emma and I’m surprised there’s one for them because in the book it’s kind of a cold relationship? But I was thinking there was going to be one between him and Shiv because it’s such an integral part of the story
