Guys, no, stop... I would rather people want to RP with me because they actually wanted to, not because they just don't want me gone...
Give me some tips on how to improve my roleplaying and better understand my character?
[[ I think if you want to improve it would be a good idea to... well, honestly limit the asks per day and focus more on your lit RPs that actually use your writing skills. I know you're really popular and get a lot of asks, but I think maybe doing fewer asks and more, shorter but fully literate RPs would really help you develop Jack. I love reading your asks, but sometimes they aren't too productive on the topic of improving your RPing! On top of that, maybe you could fill out a character development worksheet with Jack- I have one that I made, if you're interested, it's pretty in depth. It's a really good way to get to know your muse. Write out a really strong biography for him, maybe even mix in some Norse mythology. The more you know your character, the better you can RP them.
Second of all, I think it'd definitely be a good idea to make him just a little bit more... dynamic! Like, see if maybe you can find some negative influence to give him a darker side, and have him fluctuate more between good Jack, normal Jack, and dark Jack- if, that is, you view him the same way I view Is, and he's a neutral force, not necessarily completely good or bad. Maybe take an alignment quiz IC?
I hope this helps; it's kind of stupid coming from me because not a single soul out there wants to RP with Is, but you know... I've been around the RP block for a while and doing this has helped me with developing my character. ]]
