People who drink coffee: why did you start?
I don't drink coffee and I've never wanted to, but that's obviously ~not normal~, so I'm curious why most people do start drinking it.
Additional question: People who don't drink coffee, why?
For me, it's because, as a child, I was incredibly cranky, and as soon as caffeine-free Coke was introduced, Mom had me start drinking that, and, hey, I got a lot less crabby, so that made me want to avoid caffeine. I also never really cared for the smell of coffee, either, so had absolutely no interest in drinking even decaf.
(and yes I am very aware that "it makes me feel better" and "love the way it smells" are top answers in why people do drink it XD)
I started drinking coffee as a child to keep warm in winter

hey op. i noticed your intentionally humorous, structured post with a setup and punchline about a relatable experience wasnt a complete mirror with reality. my name is 5,000 tumblr users. my job? to inform you of something you already knew, because i cant fathom that people in the world around me have interiority and intelligence and that im not the main character of the universe. apologise for your stupidity with tears
bit of a delay in posting it oops but lmao whatever
THERE IS. a website. that takes 3D models with seams and pulls it apart to make a plushie pattern and informs you where things need to be edited or darts added for the best effect. and then it lets you scale it and print off your pattern. and I want to lose my MIND because I've lost steam halfway through so many plushie patterns in the mind numbing in betweens of unwrapping, copying all of the meshes down as pieces, transferring those, testing them, then finding obvious tweaks... like... this would eradicate 99% of my trial and error workflow for 3D models to plushies & MAYBE ILL FINALLY FINISH SCREAMTAIL...
uh oh! the villainous Dr. Frown has stolen all of the smiles from Happy City! we need the aid of Gigglegirl to put a stop to his reign of terror! :(
okay, so, we were expecting Gigglegirl to just, like, cheer up the citizens of Happy City to return our smiles. we did not expect her to do that to Dr. Frown. our deep and sincere condolences to the Frown family
"here's my original character, Man Who Sucks But Loves His Daughter Very Much" and it's a guy who worships at the altar of patriarchal violence and the woman he uses as an excuse and an effigy to absolve him
well i think his daughter should tell him to kill himself
omg you people can do anything
This google docs template (created by rukidut) allows you to create wikipedia-inspired biographies for your characters. you need to be logged in to edit it, but all you need to do is go to file > make a copy and you'll have your own version to do whatever you like with.
I've given it some minimal testing and found that the formatting doesn't transfer over to microsoft word, but that it can be saved as PDF with minimal issues.
