ofc mere magicless mortals think that is just a marketing strategy, but magic users know better!

that being said, enchanting is the only thing he knows how to do other than a few basic spells. that’s it. he’s not big into his craft since it reminds him of his Responsibilities

doesn’t go along well with his family because of them, either. the thought of owning the brand alongside his parents in the future is displeasing, to say the least, and jingyu wishes he could just throw the job onto someone else while he does his own thing. independent and stubborn to the MAX

he’s almost done with his fashion degree, also looking for a job that’ll forcefully keep in korea so he doesn’t have to go back to china and deal with his family

will give random gifts to his friends and make them personalized jewelry unprompted because he’s just like that. there’s gratification in hearing “oh no u shouldn’t have!!” every time he shows up with something expensive
