i’m tired and want something beautiful and big to happen to me

My relative has been sour all day and said I "ruined Christmas" because I wouldn't decorate everything by myself for her. So I thought, fine, let me do some of that so that she'll feel happy. But what is the point when the entire time, she's snickering and making fun of how things look and saying I'm "doing it wrong?"

Sick of doing everything myself here and it's still never enough for them.
