You may have heard whisperings of an infamous criminal known only as Costello, with differing opinions depending on which crowds you heard of him from. There are many rumors- some say he is a powerful yet benevolent man who does what he does for the good of the common man, others say he is wicked and cares little who his actions effect, some even say he is a dashing young woman, or multiple people. The reality of it is that Costello isn't, in fact, one person, but three people trying to make lives together in the Neath.
