Hewwo everyone long time no sees :p sorry it’s been a while I was a busy baby with a bunch of stuff but I’m back now’s and will try to post somewhat regularly like I was before so I’m excited to be backs :)

how do you handle your menstruation with incontinence?

I kinda dont have too I just use the diapers for it. I may change a little more often depending but that’s it

How long and how did you become incontinent?

Mine is from an injury I had as a young teen. Which overtime developed into full incontinence. Which ive been for about 3 years

I want everyone to know that just because you have incontinence doesn’t mean you can’t be cute and sexy! Never be ashamed of what your “underwear” looks like :)

Once I realized that I became way less ashamed of my incontinence :)
