And that is where I have (mostly) been the past few weeks! Apologies for the radio silence, especially on the RP blogs -- I’ve been so busy that I’ve not had the time or the inspiration to pop on. Needless to say, meeting Sony at their HQ in London was amazing, and I reckon I’m very lucky to have such cool clients to work with! Also met kinirohana while she was in town, and she’s every bit as awesome as her blogs would have you believe. Those in the RP circle will know her better as attheborderofoblivion (and if you haven’t seen her Dunmer physician, you really should!). An excellent few weeks, all in all! CAN’T GET RID OF ME FOR LONG THO. Spams dash with elves.

It's actually really nice that Vaelwynde's got a lot more going on and a lot more recent (and mostly spontaneous) character dev happening, lately. He's always taken second fiddle to my canons/other OCs in the past, but I'm pretty glad I didn't give up on him back along. I always felt there was too much untapped potential to even know where to begin with him, and that he was sorely underdeveloped/shallow? But I'm pretty happy with where he's going now. I've not been writing a lot lately for various reasons (mostly because I'm too knackered from work to update during the week), but rather than feeling intimidated? I'm just super excited to get back into it, as and when I'm able to. Feels good for the old RP shenanigans to be something to look forward to again! YOU TALENTED PEOPLE BRING OUT AMAZING THINGS IN MY DUMB ELVES. THANK YOU. <333333

In FR-related news: My offer on a Bone Fiend got accepted, and a payment plan has been arranged! Finally, finally going to get my dream familiar, once I liquidate all the things I've been stocking up in preparation for this. Eeeeee!

We got into talking about Vampire Lords again—well, really when ARENT we talking about VL’s xD and she made me wonder what a Lord influenced by Mephala would look like.

Messing around with Thur. Pmuch figured this would happen if he ever went ‘fuck this’ to Molag Bal and started really worshiping Mephala again, and Bal’s all like “Oh no you dont, I’m taking your VL privileges away” and Mephala is all like “pfffff I can fix that *makes a 100x better*”

He may have lost his wings, but he is capable of galloping on his hind legs, second arms, and leg protrusions. The vision i have for his locomotion is too cool. I havent thought of the uses of his extra eyes yet, but he has no nose due to the arrangement of said eyes, and his fangs are hidden iin his mouth. He gets a venomous bite, though he loses his previous strength, and gains agility and deftness. Pmuch just gains Mephala’s sphere, rather than Bal’s.

This is awesome, though. I really like the idea that VL forms and granted powers can be influenced by other Princes, and this looks great! Need to get a Peryite-influenced one doodled, hoho. <3
