I thought it would delight you to know that ants do have a sort of funeral mound for their dead

yes there is a name for this! necrophoresis is a process with social insects where the bodies are taken to a specific location on the outside of ( or within ) the nest - ants tend to keep them all in the same place, and the way an ant is signaled to be "dead" by its other members is through the release of a chemical called oliec acid

theres even been a few experiments where live ants were coated in the same chemical and other ants treated the live ants....exactly as though they were dead and tried dragging them into the pile

So I reread Ouma's bio bc I forgot what I put and I'm

His original statement held dome truth to it, he technically had 'died' years ago but he doubted Himiko would believe him. Hardly any of the others did and that's probably for the best. Not that he cared too much.

"Aw man, I already had my daily salt intake! Anymore ill just shrivel up! 'S that whatcha want to happen to lil ol' me?" Kokichi gave a mock pout at the girl. " - but some ghosts do talk yer ear off if ya let 'em. Didn't ya know that?" He laughed lightly as he suddenly reached over to grab the magician's book to flip through it.

"Ya know we aren't that much different! I got my own magic, too! Try reading one o' my books sometime!"

He's going on about as if he's a phantom like he originally claimed (there had been ghosts here and there of course, he had nothing to do with those). "Wild card? Like the Joker? How cool is that!" A grin on his lips now as he shoved his hands in his pants pockets. " - kehehe, names Kokichi, I'm yer dark arts teacher~ Nah, 'm just lyin', I'm the ultimate occultist. Or am I?"

A laugh escaped him then as he moved his hands from Shuichi's hair in favor of reaching to hold his hands, interlocking their fingers. A thing lover's did.
