was it painful for vox to carry vinny around for 9 months?

Vox's pregnancy wasn't entirely smooth sailing. His body wasn't supposed to do this, so there were a lot of aches and pains along the way. Vox was also very prone to bouts of gender dysphoria during the whole thing, which lead to a few depressive episodes.

Lucifer did his best to be there for him in any way he could, whether that be holding him when he was upset or getting anything he needed to ease the pain. There were moments when he blamed himself for putting the overlord through this. Maybe if he'd been more careful on that faithful night they wouldn't be in this mess.

Fun fact: the shark plushie vinny was holding in this post and the shark onesie he was wearing in this post were both gifts from charlie! Needless to say vox was quite overwhelmed by how accepting the princess was once she came to terms with the situation

OHHH YEAH LMAO I'VE BEEN THINKING A LOT ABOUT THIS!!

LOTS of confusion and surprise to go around for sure. Because one; the reason you just pointed out there. Sinners are supposed to be sterile so vox getting knocked up was quite the shock. We still don't quite know the full limits to what lucifer can and can't do to sinners, though i'm gonna assume that he just can't kill or harm them until its proven otherwise. And perhaps a lil bit of accidental angelic magic was involved (i also hc vox as ftm trans so that could be a factor too)

And two; its VOX. Whether it was post s1 or s2 (ESPECIALLY POST-S2), lucifer doing this with a sinner, let alone VOX, is unheard of. I haven't QUITE worked out the details regarding what lead up to their little one-night stand, though- that's definitely a plot hole i need to get situated-

Of all the cast though, charlie, alastor, and the other two vees definitely got hit the hardest by it all.

Val and vel would have A LOT of emotions going around. Cuz like. How the hell did vox manage to score ONE NIGHT IN BED WITH THE LITERAL KING OF HELL. You just know val would be jealous, and maybe a little intrigued. Vel would be focusing more on the fact that vox got pregananant out of the whole ordeal along with the fact that HE MADE A DEAL WITH LUCI TO KEEP IT. She'd definitely tease vox for going soft. I imagine they'd both grow to love vinny though!

And alastor. Ohhh alastor. There's a lot going on with him. No cuz imagine hearing that your ex-friend and your most recent ragebait target decided to get together and then they have a kid. I'm no angst goblin but there is SO much angst potential for alastor's dynamic with vinny with al sowing doubt and insecurity into his mind.

Vinny was only born because his parents made a deal. Vox would've terminated the pregnancy otherwise. He was born purely for the boost in ratings that having a child with the king of hell would give him. The fact that vox genuinely loves his son was purely by chance.
