thc-wrong-side-of-heavenâ:
Ashley snorted as he stared at the young man bleeding out on his back seat. A heavy sigh escaped âNo, but Iâm not letting a junkie fucking die on my turf, if thats what you are.â He grumbled starting the car and maneuvering out to the road.
âYou die here, and Iâve got plenty of assholes whoâll come sniffing around. Especially since you ainât fully human, dont know what the fuck you are but i ainât taking any chances.â
Adjusting himself on the backseat, Ambrose wrapped his coat around his emaciated frame, only then realizing that it was wet with blood. He tried to remember if he had actually been under attack, but quickly decided that the mental endeavor would only be worth it once he decided if he was in pain or not.Â
âI ainât gonna fuckinâ die, so youâre wasting your time. Yâthink about that?â He cough once, clearing remnants of smoke from his lungs. âAnd now ya got blood all over your seat for nothingâ.â He laughed.
@biiscione
It was amazing to Ambrose. After all this time... after all the different types of beasts heâd managed to stumble upon, humans were still widely feared in such a way that was supernatural onto itself. There were so many opportunities for an entire species takeover, and yet... the humans remained dominant. Their ingenuity and cruelty was something to be revered -- or something like that, if Ambrose cared to analyze much deeper.Â
âYeah, well... ainât that about a bitch, huh?â He asked, turning back to the other with half a grin. âI ainât ever met anyone else who seems to know what Iâm talkinâ about. Not like Iâm runninâ my fuckinâ mouth or nothinâ. Just, yâknowâ.â Offering a shrug, Ambrose took another drag of his smoke.Â
âSo,â He exhaled. ânot really a whole lot I can do about it, though, is there?â
Hiatus!
This is an official hiatus, guys. I have been too busy in the real world.

I'M HEAVING
ambroseâs knowledge of his own come to being as a half-baked vampire makes him sound like an absolute conspiracy nut heâs the weird uncle of the vampire lineageÂ
biiscione·:
â OKAY. OKAY. â Cigarette - occupied hand rises, offering a partial palm and ceding to his aggression. He was right to be rude back to the older vampire; Raphael had not been so TACTFUL in using his manners from Polite Society. â Mi dispiace         I heard you ⊠I hear you. â He takes another drag of his cigarette. It is pure habit to him now; he derives no enjoyment from the fumes, has no desire to quench the lust for nicotine. In fact, it all taste of nothingness. Surely, if he was human, it would taste much different from the tobacco he had known in his youth.       HUMANS KNOW ABOUT YOU         the reveal elicits a heavy sigh of disbelief, nostrils flaring as he aggressively rubs the angst from his brow. Of course they do ⊠at least SOME do, but the thought that itâs come to the point of secret government affairs seemed ⊠silly. Silently does he let Ambrose weave his woeful tale, occassionally taking another drag of the dwindling cigarette and flicking the ash away.       â You are Adam. â Raphael offers plainly. He refers to Frankensteinâs Monster and not Godâs First Man but, perhaps, Lucifer would be a better comparison. â They deemed you an abomination        hmm, tragedies ensue when Man plays God. â And, according to Raphael, his current state was his penitence for mortal sins. Did this young man sin so flagrantly that God decided he deserved this punishment? Frankly, he thinks not.
Cigarettes were different for Ambrose. Everything was different for Ambrose. Rather than hollowness, he found himself just vaguely being able to taste things -- like a distant memory. Once a nicotine rush, now nothing more than a dull buzz. But itâs something. Itâs. Something. And for something like Ambrose who still found himself thinking more of a high than blood, something was everything.Â
Before fire could touch paper, Ambrose paused, listening to Raphael speak. The comparison touched a nerve, and the cigarette was plucked from his lips, crossing his arms over his chest. Vampires were always so fucking flowery. âI wasnât finished cookinâ. Shit wasnât done settling before I was ripped out, man. Werenât no decree of âabominationâ -- they saw somethinâ in me that made âem nervous. That -- that I fuckinâ know.â
The cigarette returned, lit, and he inhaled before exhaling, looking away from the other. âIâm not crazy.â
thc-wrong-side-of-heavenâ:
Ashley arched an eyebrow at the guy, he was obviously off his rocker. Sighing he rubbed the bridge of his nose, âa goddamn junkyâ was all he muttered before gripping the kidâs arm and yanking him to his feet. âCome on kid, Iâm taking you to the hospital. I donât need no junky dying on my turf.â
He brought him to his car, shoving him into the back seat. âNow stay quiet.â Ashley rumbled, his voice tinged with annoyance. âJesus, what is with my luck these days.â
â--ack, fuck - !â Ambrose managed to choke as he was ripped up from the ground to his feet, arm aching in its socket and stomach lurching with sick. Taking on a heady rush of dizziness as he tried to recollect himself, he didnât seem to put up much of a fight as Ashley shoved him into the backseat of a car.Â
As soon as Ambroseâs head hit the seat, unconsciousness overtook him once again, allowing Ashley to close the door behind him. It wasnât until Ashleyâs door closed that the young half-vampire was once again jarred awake. â--fuck...â He managed, rolling over and staring at the ceiling above.Â
âYou make a habit aâbeinâ a martyr?â

biiscione·:
FINALLY plucking a cigarette from his breast pocket, he nods vigorously though heâs too distracted to truly hear Ambroseâs fanciful expletive. NOW      where, in Godâs good name, was his lighter? Slender fingers pat the front and rear pockets of his trousers      oh yes, he had asked something hasnât he?       â You were bitten, â his assumptions are muffled through occupied lips, ultimately finding his lighter in his back pocket and, at long last, taking the motions to light his cigarette. â And you felt unwell. Struck with amnesia, went to see a professional, and, in doing so, found out you are in a state of undeath ?? â No ⊠that doesnât sound right. Dark hues narrow as he stares into the nothingness beyond the otherâs shoulder. Tendrils of toxic smoke curl from his mouth, lips twisted into a confused grimace.
âNo, fucking Dracula, I wasnât -- did you even listen?â Ambrose snapped a little too harshly than would have been wise for a youngling like himself against a vampire of such age -- always believing that age brought with it experience. Some vampires were just as stupid as they were 200 years ago, and Ambrose didnât have the patience to play the games when there wasnât something in it for him as well.Â
âHumans fucking know about you -- us. They got big government buildings with little fuckers in lab coats. Rent was due, and Iâd done drug testing work before. Might come out feelinâ like shit sometimes, it gets the bills paid, right?â
Pulling his hands from his pockets, Ambrose moved to search through his old, ratty backpack for a nicotine stick of his own. âSo... I let them knock me out, wake up a few times with some scattered shit I ainât feelinâ like tellinâ you about, and then the cunts lit me on fire.â He paused in his search, eyes reading something more than irritation. â--said it was something in my blood. Some... relation I had to someone thatâd get them fucked if anyone knew. Problem is... fire didnât kill me.â He punctuated his sentence, grabbing his smokes and lighter from his bag.Â
ambrose is, like, no bone town 90% of the time. itâs squiggly and fleshy and sounds weird 1% is dedicated to transactional sex and/or sex magic 4% is dedicated to sexually active partners who like sex in a romantic relationship & that last 5% is dedicated to the very, very rare times when ambrose is straight up, like, yes, degrade me, daddy, fuck me up, make me forget my fucking name -- please. but good luck ever seeing that 5%
