A New Hannibal Coloring Book Project by and for Fannibals

Hello Fannibals!

Thank you so much for your patience! We’ve been waiting on some late pieces, as it seems to have been an extraordinarily busy season for so many of us. However, we don’t wish to further delay sharing what we have received!

Given that there are still some outstanding pieces, and that we have a significant wait until we see Season 4, we’ve decided to keep this project open as an ongoing collection. If you wish to contribute, please feel free to submit new pieces any time, and we will add them and share updates as they are received. As always, simply email [email protected] with your work!

Enjoy the beautiful work our dedicated Fannibal artists have created, and help revel in their visions for the Uncertain Future!!! Please tag us in any color versions you create so we can share your collaboration!

Next steps

Hello, Fannibal artists and art admirers! We’ve received some lovely pieces for the Uncertain Futures project, and we can’t wait to share them with you! Thank you so very much to everyone who has participated!

Deadline Extension!

Hello lovely Fannibals!! It sounds like this has been an extra busy season for everyone, which truly makes it tough to get to everything you want to do.

We absolutely understand, and we don’t want anyone to miss out, so, by popular request, we’re extending the submission deadline for the Season 4 Coloring Book until the end of next weekend. That gives two more full weekends to finish any work you’d like to submit! Send your completed vision for Season 4 to [email protected] by end of day on August 27th.

Hey, Fannibals, we hope you’re as thrilled and inspired by recent S4 news as we are! Now, more than ever, we are so excited to see your visions for the next chapter in Hannibal’s journey! (And since we’ve still got a little while to wait, let’s show Bryan our ideas to inspire him!!)

Just a friendly reminder that the submission deadline for the Season 4 Coloring Book is this Saturday, August 19th! We MAY be able to accept entries that are a little bit late, but we can’t guarantee it. 

Keep those ideas flowing, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us (either here or to one of our admins, @cannibalhouse) with any questions!!

Does the "#HannibalSeason4" text actually have to be part of the graphic, or just an addition to the artists' signatures?

It can be anywhere you like, e.g. at the bottom, beside your signature, etc.

So, lovely people, I'd love to submit something. I draw by hand (archaeological illustration) and then scan. Will that be good enough for you? I've an idea for something Season 4 already on a scratch pad so....

Uncertain Futures: The Hannibal Season 4 Coloring Book!

Our time approaches, Fannibals! The Hannibal streaming rights are soon to expire, opening the door for actionable discussions about the show’s future, and we couldn’t be more excited!!!

In honor of this approaching deadline, and to remind Bryan and co (again!) just how hungry we are, we thought now would be a fantastic time to compile a collection of artwork based on our hopes and dreams for Season 4. (Hugs to @the-winnowing-wind for suggesting the theme - we love it!) Where do you think Hannibal, Will, Jack, Alana and Margot, Team Sassy Science, Abigail’s ghost, or whoever else will end up? Will there be murder (almost certainly), and murder snuggles (hopefully), and murder marriage (fingers crossed)? Show us your design for Season 4! Your vision can be as realistic or as fantastical as your heart desires!

We’re calling this project ‘Uncertain Futures’ and it’s open to all Fannibal artists who want to participate. We’re asking you to supply a line art drawing to create a collection that we can all color, give our awe to, and enjoy. That said, we aren’t intending to make this an erotic collection, so we can’t accept any adult content (but that could be on the table for later projects, wink wink). Kissing and cuddles are cool, but let’s keep pants on for the time being.

Our goal is to have all pieces completed and available for download in a central location by the time the streaming rights expire, to celebrate and help increase exposure and excitement for Season 4! The deadline for submissions is August 19th, 2017!

You can also send an ask to this blog if you have any questions, or message one of our admins (@cannibalhouse) directly. She doesn’t bite, usually.

Please follow these guidelines for your submission(s):

Provide 1-3 pieces of line art suitable for coloring in (minimal to no shading).

Minimum 2550w x 3330h dimensions (more if you like, just be mindful of printed paper dimensions). 360 dpi is ideal.

Include the words #HannibalSeason4 in your piece(s) somewhere.

Sign your work with your social media account(s) of choice so colorists can tag you and/or follow you!

No explicit/adult sexual content, but any and all other expressions of affection are welcome. Hannigram, Marlana, Preller, and other ships are all welcome.

HAVE FUN WITH IT! Show us the joy, misery, love, heartache, and awe that Hannibal inspires in you!

Please send all final work to [email protected] by the deadline! Include the word SUBMISSION in the subject line.
