What do you consume during your long fasts? How in the world do you get your stomach to growl like that??
Hi, well to answer your question pretty much nothing! The emptier the stomach the better it growls no? At least that’s my experience, thought that was universal that consuming nothing makes it growl like an earthquake 🙂. most of my fasts are water fasts, so normally just water. Occasionally I’ll have a sparkly water or something but always 0 calories. Yaa

Sorry I was away a while. Various clips from hunger and fasting throughout the months here. Without food, my stomach will never shut up lol, I think we know that by now..

I can’t. I don’t sit at an office for my job and it’s very loud at my work place
Does your belly growl often or only when your VERY hungry?
Actually a more complicated question that I care to admit. Honestly it’s kinda random, some days I’ll find it’s pretty active with standard hunger and some days I’ll have to go extended period before getting rumbling. The reason why is definitely my poor eating schedule. I’ve eaten randomly for years and I never eat breakfast. So I think over the years of skipping breakfast and not being on a set eating pattern my tummy has adapted to things like that. For example I’m barely ever hungry in the morning anymore. So if I start eating on a pattern for a while it will adjust again and then if I skip I bet it will be growly when it misses its eating time!

My stomach making it known that the measly English muffin for breakfast and no lunch is NOT enough lol
I had a healthy breakfast of blueberries yogurt and granola at 10am. I went to run errands and go to an obligation. Around 3PM I started to feel that familiar hunger twinge. This was around 3:30, when my stomach started roaring from hunger!
The full video of my previous post is finally up!!! My fast lasted a total of 3 and a half days 🥲😘! II was SOOO hungry my stomach is was so loud lol.
I’m currently fasting and I haven’t eaten in about 2 days. My stomach sounds like a lion today and it feels soo good 😌
