0059 hair is definitely 3 snakes. I see her as a ruler similar to Cleopatra (snakes).  She always gets what she wants because everyone is too scared to disobey her.  There are rumors that the big snake has eaten at least three people because someone served her ice cream when they did not know that she was lactose intolerant.

Headcanon: The Hair on her head is actually a snake like serpent that attached it self to her head when she was little and controls her like a puppet.

Headcanon: 59 is as girly as they come, almost a stereotype. She loves tea parties, gossiping about boys, wearing frilly dresses, etc. Her hair is her pride. Touch it without her permission and she'll kill you.

59 is a master of swordsmanship. Upon learning this many people assume she uses a rapier. She does not. She uses a zweihander (a large two-handed sword). She is deceptively strong for her size. She does not wildly swing the weapon like some spiky haired boy. She is very tactical when using her sword.

59 is 48's younger sister. Neither will admit to their relationship. If someone were to hurt 48, she will hurt them back one hundred fold. (She is more overly protective than 48.)

59 has had a crush on almost every guy she's come across (excluding 48). She's had a crush on 8 as well. Her current crush is 35.

59 claims 56 is her pet coconut. It is best not to question it.

0059 has a story along the lines of Rapunzel, but when she's rescued, she has no clue how to socialize. 0010 is a bit rough-and-rumble, but befriends her (hair can build a bond between people). 0059 tends to get picked on because she comes off as a stuck up princess, but she just wants to fit in.

Headcannon

Character 0059 has had a rather lavish upbringing, so she is used to the best in life. As a consequence of this, there is next to nothing that can impress her. She always seems bored and disinterested. It is difficult to tell if she dislikes the company of others or if she simply lacks the social skills to connect with people. She is surprisingly tough and stubborn and can hold her own in a fight. When angered she uses her hair to whip people. 0059 also frequently refers to people as 'peasants'.
