IV took his first steps into Toshi City. Ah, yes, he can smell the fresh hair, and could hear the murmurs of other people as they walk by him. So far, life here hasn't been too fruitful. Of course, not, especially sharing an apartment with someone with the likes of Ryoga. How terrible! Who would want to share with that water flea? Not IV, at least, he prefers to either be with his siblings- or better; alone. Yes, having a whole place to himself... Sounded rather delightful!
Anyway. Noticing how the duelist is being stared at right now [his outfit is flashy anyway, but of course, as a famous duelist he has to stick out!], he turns to them, and gives them a smile, "Oh! Hello there!" He speaks up.
Surely, the other must have already known who IV was from his shining stature, and fame, but he introduces himself anyway, "IV's the name, and fan service's my game." With that, he takes a small bow, "Certainly, you want an autograph... Am I correct?"
