can we please disassociate nutritional yeast from 'vegan cheese' like nutritional yeast is so scrumptious and flavourful and unique but it is NOT cheesy. It's such a great flavour-enhancer and would make delicious sauces if only people got it out of their mind that it should taste like cheese.

I tried to look up recipes that use nutritional yeast in a way that brings out its flavour and all I got were recipes for cheese sauces :(

And what's worse! Those recipes are ass!!

How can you so strongly associate an ingredient with the ONE recipe that makes it taste like vomit?!?! Nutritional yeast was ROBBED and you all need to apologise.
