Can we still write starters for pt2, even though we're now in the raid section of the event?

Unfortunately the event technically ended on Monday, so please do not write anymore pt2 starters.

Do the people who were assmilated get their memories back during the raid?

Not if they didn’t have them knocked back in during part 2. You’ll have to find someone to make you remember.

Though it will be undone after the event no matter what.

Could characters ask Ofiuco for weapons that they could have had in canon? Something that like, they could've had in a different canon point?

Unfortunately weapons are limited to things they could have had at their current canon point.

can the mist reapers still assimilate with their targets during the raid or is their only objective to attack now ?

They will not assimilate anymore, no. They will, however, be extremely hostile to everyone.

So becoming one with the mist walkers affect the person's memories but what about their personality??? Would it still be the same???

If you feel like a life in Fantasia would alter your character’s memories to make them more in line with their history / race, that’s 100% your call.

if your character has bought a wooden or metal weapon in fantasia but back home they’re still stuck with a joke weapon, does the mist baby get the joke weapon or the purchased weapon?

The Mist Reapers are programmed to have comparable power to their originals. Armories have been raided by all Mist Reapers, even those with weaponless origins, to make sure they are properly equipped for this task.

To those ends: when morning comes there tends to be a lot of weaponry laying around, since these weapons are not affected like any that they might have spawned with.

Little known Mist Walker factoid:

If you collect 1000 passive Mist Reapers in a single space they flash mob to Uptown Funk.

so like... IN THEORY. would it be possible to aid the mistwalkers?

You could impede someone’s efforts to repel a Mist Reaper, yes, but collaboration is impossible on their parts.

for quests, how would the rewards be distributed? would 4,200 dust be halved to 2,100 between two characters that do a quest together? thank you!!

The quest reward is a flat reward that every character participating receives as long as they meet the requirements. There’s no splitting involved!

Is the “only three quests” in terms of you can only claim rewards for 3 quests, or you can only write about three? Could you theoretically do them all, but only claim a reward for 3?

You can only claim a reward for 3! If you’d like to take more to help other muses that’s fine, but a single character cannot claim more than 3 rewards.

if word requirements and rules are followed, is it possible to complete 2 quests in the same thread/drabble?

As previously answered please keep your quests in their own threads. Doing them in the same thread will invalidate them.

is it okay to keep posting part 1 starters once part 1 officially ends?

While you can still post part 1 starters once part 2 starts on the 12th, these will not count as part 1 participation since it’s already lasting 12 full days.

Can animal companions be transformed? Like, could a cat grow insectoid fairy wings?

No, the companions should remain in their original forms (because things like cats and the like still exist in Fantasia, there’d be no need to disguise them).

Would it be possible to do two related quests in the same thread? like the dragon and maiden or the old man and the skeleton? and if so, could both spoils be collected?

Unfortunately it would be a little confusing to gauge the post count to qualify the rewards this way, so please keep it one quest per thread if you’d like to remain eligible for rewards.

Does Faekin include *all* types of fae under that category? Like selkies and things like that?

As long as there isn’t a significant power difference between those suggested and what you’re choosing (and provided it’s taken from legend and not another fictional work), it should be fine to use it!

can the locals/npcs tell what race someone is part of or is it possible to pass as a different one, given how varied say, fae and demon designs could be

Barring races that have shapeshifting abilities like sirens it’s impossible mask your true identity from NPCs. As for other otherworlders? Depends on how sharp they are.

Hello! If they have a transportation device of sorts (bike, skateboard, car, etc.) Would that translate into them having access to their own personal wagon or carriage?

Unfortunately no. But carriages and the like are a fairly cheap market and so they can be purchased for small sums.

Or stolen?
