Oh this is gon' be good... \ Nick + Donna
She nodded to herself as Nick glared up at her, before quickly situating herself on top of him, straddling his thighs and staring down at him. She tilted her head to one side, squinting at him slightly as she decided where to go from there. Should she break him more? Or just end it?
A throbbing started in the back of her head, working it’s way forward until she couldn’t even see properly.
What was she doing? W-Why…Why was she hurting him? She never wanted to… to hurt people.. She didn’t…
She shook her head and quickly stood. With shaking hands, she flicked her wand again, removing the chains binding Nick to the floor.
As she clutched at her head with both hands, clearly in agony, she glanced up at Nick through half closed eyes and whispered “I…I-I’m sorry…"
Tears burned at her eyes as she swivelled and tried to walk away, her footsteps faltering as she stumbled, falling against the wall, her hands clawing at the stone to hold herself upwards. She pressed her face against the cool stone, trying to hold back the pain thrumming through her mind.
Nick growled at Donna as she stared down at him, shifting uncomfortably underneath her weight. She stayed there for a moment, before Nick noticed something. He frowned as she stepped away from him, even more confused when she removed the chains.
Sorry? Nick sat up, staring at her for a moment. She's a freaking nut job, he thought. He watched as she fell against the wall, before getting up, wincing as he put weight on his injured foot. He had no idea what she was doing, but he had no intentions of staying and finding out. Clutching his injured hand, Nick tried to limp quickly towards the infirmary.
