I cannootttt stress more about how important this specific shot is!! The way that Will Graham, the man who never ''liked other people'' and resented eye contact, literally can't tear his eyes away from Hannibal's. The moments of breathless realisation, of need and wanting in his eyes. The blood on his lips and cheeks, the way his usually blue-grey eyes are entirely black except for that one, almost divine, spot of light. Will literally looks like he wants to eat him. Then the corners of his mouth lift and his eyes squeeze and you can see how he's actually enjoying it!!! He doesn't tolerate the violence, he delights in it and he loves it!! He loves Hannibal, he loves what they've done, and he likes it so much it makes him laugh in disbelief. Stern, uncertain, always serious Will almost looks like a little kid making a true friend for the first time. He and Hannibal have just violently killed a man, they're standing on the edge of a cliff, Will knows he's about to push them of, but it's beautiful. Enough to make him huff with laughter. His slouched shoulders, his smile, him moving closer and closer to Hannibal, it might be the first time in his life in which he actually calms down. He's worn out and relaxed and he's not thinking about anything but this.

This is the moment where Will knows, this is all that Hannibal ever wanted. And it's also the moment in which he realises that the same is true for him.
