Once in a Blood Moon || Open to all -
At first it was just an insane headache, a headache he had never felt before. The witch thought it was because of the curse running through his veins, but something was wrong. Something that wasn’t tied in with the magic Gideon had hexed him with. The witch had a fever, feeling like hell as he tried to tug himself to the kitchen to grab a drink. That was all he wanted, to drink and sleep. But his body was aching, every muscle, every bone and every fibre burning and feeling like it was being pinned with tiny needles. It was bearable, until the point where he placed the glass down, pulling his head up to the red glow that was piecing through the sunroom.
His feet were already shuffling forward to the source of it before he even thought about his state. And what he found wasn’t a demon or warlock. It wasn’t even anything remotely magical, but natural. The blood moon. A lunar eclipse that he had completely forgotten about -though he never really paid attention to those kind of things- was up, glowing brightly in the sky. The witch’s hand hovered against the glass before dropping carefully onto it as he stared at the moon, his eyes narrowing as the light of the moon was directly sparkling onto him. And that’s when he noticed it.
Blood red eyes, hued with gold instead of the warm, caring, hazel.
Rikki had been staying with Piper and Leo since the night before, having asked to because she had no idea how the Blood Moon would affect her with her Mermaid side. After all, she already went a bit crazy with the Full Moon. As long as she didn’t touch water though she should be fine even if she saw the moon—which was more then she could say for Wyatt when she saw him walk into the sunroom from her spot over in the corner where she was warming a cup of milk with her power because of the fact that she couldn’t sleep. “Hey, kid. You okay?” She questioned.
Maybe she should call Paige—of Billie. Then again Paige could get there a lot faster than her sister could.
