Disclaimer : Here the story starts with Jake and Emma's highschool.
After 2nd period Mark, Jake and Tia ( Mark is Jake's best friend and Tia has a crush on Jake. Jake doesn’t talk to her much but she is clingy) came out they were having a little chat while walking to the cafeteria. Suddenly Jake bumped to a girl. Cause of the crash she lost her stability and was about to fall. Jake caught her hand and pulls her. Her eyes were close that time. When she finally opens her eyes she found herself in Jake's arm. Their eyes locked at each other.
Mark : Are you both okay?
They came back to sense and let each other go.
Tia to that girl : Don't you think you should use your eyes properly? Or this heck mask is covering your eyes too?
That girl was wearing a mask. Apparently she had some kind of sickness. She didn’t reply to Tia. Although it was totally Jake's fault. He wasn’t paying attention as he was talking to Mark. She looked at Jake with a grateful look then went inside to the building.
After two days, In the class,
Jake sat on his regular place on the first row. He is reading a book. He doesn’t talk to anyone much except Mark and Liona.( Liona is his another friend. He,Mark and Liona grew up together. Jake treats him as sister and Liona treats him as brother. Liona chose commerce and Jake and Mark chose Science. So they now have different class)
As usual he didn’t notice the class until Tia started a drama.
Tia : How dare you to sit here?!
( Jake looked at Tia. She is standing next to Jake. She usually sits next to Jake. But that day someone else sat there. Jake couldn’t see that person's face as Tia was blocking the view. Apparently it was a girl)
That girl : Why? What's wrong with this sit?
Tia : It's mine! You can't sit here. Leave it now!
That girl : But there is no fixed sit in the class.
Tia : Not for others. But this sit is fixed for me.
That girl : Do you possess any document? If no, then sorry sweetheart. This sit is taken for today.
Her words made Jake laugh a bit. Although he suppressed his laugh. But among all the time she is the only person who verbally slapped Tia.
Tia was about to say something but teacher came and they had to drop their fight. Teacher took their present list and asked that new girl to introduce herself.
She came in front of the class and started her self introduction.
"Good morning everyone. My name is Emma Austin. My family is mainly from Frankfurt. My is a Doctor and my mom is an interior designer. We recently got shifted here. I hope to become one of you soon."
She wasn’t wearing mask that time. This was the first time Jake saw her. She is quite pretty and confident. And of course smart too. Emma came back to her sit while Jake stole a glance at her. She caught his eyes and he got nervous. Emma smiled at him a little which eased him. Then they got back to thier teacher's words. During the break time, Jake, Mark and Liona were talking. Jake wanted to go to the computer club but Liona didn’t let him. Emma came from behind waving at Mark and Liona. Liona got excited and hugged her.
Mark : You guys know each other?
Liona : Yup. She is my bestie and she super cool..
They spent a little more time in their chat but Jake and Emma didn’t talk to each other much.
In a few days, Emma became friends with most of the students. They also adopted them very nicely. Phil is in same class with Liona. Liona is the 1st girl and Phil is an average student. In Jake's class, he is the first boy, Mark is second and Tia is the average student. Emma seems to be really attentive and smart too.
Jake and Mark were sitting in front of their computer while Liona approached. They were playing some kind Arena game. Liona wanted to join but Mark said no.
Mark : You won't be able to compete us. After all you girls doesn’t know that much about these things.
Jake rised an eyebrow to him. ( Mark just loves to irritate Liona. If that some other girl, he would never say something like that).
Liona : What?! You think in this way?
Liona : Bro, ( looking at Jake) lemme take the part.
Jake : He is just teasing you Liona.
Liona : I don't care just lemme!
Liona sat in front of the computer and started to play. And in a few minute she was continuously losing her life. Mark started to tease her again.
Mark : Wait, it's a match between boys and girls. You can't simply take girls side.
Emma came front and guided Liona. And by the next few minute Mark started to lose.
Liona : Yayy! My bestie is a genius.
Liona made a face at him and came outside.
Jake : You were quite good earlier.
Emma : Thank you. But I still have to learn a lot.
Jake : Why don't you join us in the computer class?
Emma : I will love that...
Suddenly Lilly appeared from somewhere.
Lilly : Hannah didn't come school today. All my friends are gone too. Take me home with you.
Lilly noticed Emma. She pulled Jake a bit far and whispered in his ears.
Lilly : Is she your girlfriend? She is so pretty.
Jake looked at Emma to ensure if she heard something. Then looked at Lilly.
Jake : Do you want me to complain you mom? You are just 11 years old and you kept thinking these nonsense.
Lilly didn’t take seriously and came to Emma.
Lilly : Hi sis. I am Jake's lil sister Lilly.
Emma : So we guys should go home now. See you tomorrow Jake.
Jake dropped Lilly at her home. Then was about leave for his own place but his step mother stopped him
Mrs Donfort : Wait Jake! Why are you in so hurry? Sit with us for sometime.
Jake : It's already becoming dark aunt. I will come some other time.
Mrs Donfort : Then just stay here tonight.C'mon Jake, you hardly come here. Okay, I will call your mom and tell her that you are staying tonight.
Jake couldn’t say no anymore.
They had their dinner together. During the dinner Jake's father tried ask him about his mom and his studies but he didn’t replied much. Actually he likes his step mom. Every thing that happened, it wasn’t her fault at all.She was also a victim just like him and his mom. It's his dad who cheated on two woman. That's why he nearly hate him.
After the dinner, he sat at Hannah's computer. Lilly and Hannah sat next to him.
Hannah : What are you doing Jake?
Lilly : Sending a main to his girlfriend?
Jake droped the mouse and gave Lilly a killer look.
Hannah : Girlfriend? Hannah rised an eyebrow.
Jake : Girl-friend. She is a girl and my friend. Lilly is just making up too much.
Lilly : Am I? Tell me when the last time you talked to girl alone?
Hannah : Except Liona? Never. Haha.
Lilly : Exactly, they were alone outside their computer club standing so close and smiling at each other. Just like perfect couple.
Hannah : Oh no! That isn't good.
Jake : Isn't good for Lilly!
He ran after Lilly and Lilly rushed to outside.
Hannah kept laughing looking at them.
