So Rhonda/Curly is not usually my thing, but @thedooms has been making some really lovely stories for the ship and is so sweet to talk to about different HA! character things that I was compelled to do a little doodling of a scene from her story Play With Fire. The moment these two finally collide as their true selves and stop trying to box themselves in based on what is expected of them is super sweet. There's also a lovely amount of found family - while Curly as Thaddeus tries to reject the Boarding House crew at the start, they end up being such a big support system for him.

do you have any lila x helga head canons? like if they dated during the patakis series or in a au how would it start?

Hmmm. So for me headcanons tend to be literally what I kind of envision for Canon, but isn't explicitly stated or possibly takes place in the future and I'm not sure I see Helga/Lila happening in a 'canon' timeline. I'm kinda being semantic here, but I strongly lean towards Lila being a Comphet Lesbian that only Figures It Out after high school. Good ending has her shedding the comphet skin and embracing her love of women, but I also kind of love the idea of her ending up like Glinda where she never quite allows herself to Go There mentally until it's maybe too late. But I've also grown fond of tragedies in my old age. As for an AU? So many possibilities. The neat thing about Lila/Helga is that, to me, it's one of the few pairings that has a lasting potential because IMO Lila Sees Helga. So many characters in HA! get only Glimpses of the whole of Helga Pataki (Arnold often included though he TRIES to get the full picture). Lila sizes her up in School Play and cuts through all the bullshit effortlessly. I tend to not lean super into the LilaxHelga of it all in the Ballet AU I dabble in, but it's a great jumping point for stories. Lila entering a new ballet studio where Curly and Helga are the prima donnas. She starts out seeing Helga as kind of competition that quickly shifts into an unlikely friendship and maybe more? Curly playing matchmaker and cackling as he shoves Lila on stage in HIS costume to play the male role last second. Yummy.

I'm so bad at checking asks here... Thank youu for the love! I do draw NSFW stuff every once in awhile, though it's largely of OCs when I do these days. At this moment I don't really share it on any social media because... they all suck about it! I used to have a private NSFW twitter, but I deleted it because Twitter is now a cess pool. I'm on bsky and keep hoping they'll introduce private accounts, but until there's a place where I can really like.... curate who can see my stuff, I'll just hoard it to myself. Honestly, it's not enough to be sad about beyond a greater frustration at how hostile SM has become towards all adult content creators.
