This delicious and healthy breakfast is so easy to make and so yummy!

Just toast some bread, drizzle with agave syrup and top with some blackberries.

Serve with a mixed berry salad with mint and flax seeds and an almond iced latte.

As always these two can pull anything off and it looks absolutely a-m-a z-i-n-g!

I love to make iced almond lattes with just a pinch of cinnamon sugar that my Mum got in Vietnam followed by a few fresh fruits and nuts!

Obsessing about food!

I've been craving fresh fruits and veggies lately and avoiding to eat out too often to be sure to know exactly what I am eating.

I usually like to start my day with a black coffee and some soy yogurt topped with roasted peaches, apricots, strawberries and kiwis or fresh berries. Sprinkle the top with poppy seeds, almond flakes and a drizzle of honey, it's so fresh and delicious!

S u m m e r, where are you hiding?

It was great fun to stop by the biggest european fashion trade show in Paris called WHO'S NEXT yesterday.

They make the place very entertaining: DJ's, models and champagne!

What caught my eye was some pictures (above) at the "forum des tendances" of the key summer 2015 looks which were both ultra-glamourous and visually striking.

These looks illustrating the fashion obsession of next season where shot by Matthieu Lemaire-Courapied and put together by Martine Leherpeur's team.
